Cherokee / Great Smokies KOA GUEST SERVICES GUIDE Set in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, and in the heart of Cherokee tribal country, the Cherokee KOA boasts 360-degree views of the mountains. This resort-style campground is bordered on one side by the serene Raven Fork River and on the other side by three tribal trout ponds, so bring your rod and reel for some great fishing! Cherokee KOA makes an excellent base camp as you explore the rich cultural tapestry of the area.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the behavior, whereabouts and safety of their children at all times. 2. Anyone under 18 must be on their site by 11:00 pm. 1. 2. 3. 4.
PETS Pets must be leashed while outdoors and supervised at all times. For your convenience pet waste receptacles are located throughout the campground. Do not allow disruptive barking. For all campers safety, aggressive dogs are not allowed on the campground.
POOL Children under 16 must have an adult present. 1. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. 2. No alcohol, glass containers, or large coolers. 3. Children who are not completely pottytrained must wear swim-type diapers. Regular diapers or shorts are not acceptable substitutes. CAMPFIRES 1. P lease do not move fire rings. If your site does not have a fire ring, do not take one from another site and put it on yours. Make your campfire on the previous spot. 2. For the preservation of the park, please only burn firewood. VISITORS 1. All visitors must check in at the Registration Office when it opens to purchase their day pass allowing them access to the campground until 11:00 pm. 2. New visitor entrance ends at 9:00 pm daily.

GENERAL GUIDELINES Limit two vehicles per site. Motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-ups are considered a vehicle. Any additional vehicles must display a car pass. No boats, enclosed trailers, or commercial vehicles on sites. Small utility trailers allowed on tent sites. Tow trailers permitted only if site provides adequate space. No vending, soliciting, or advertising. Ads may be placed on bulletin board in laundry room. No overnight sleeping in a vehicle. Units must be designed for the purpose of camping. All alcohol must be restricted to your site. Public drunkenness, driving under the influence and underage drinking will not be tolerated. Campers must be 21 to make a reservation. No tents on RV, Cabin, or Deluxe Cabin sites. To keep your site tidy, please bag trash and throw in nearby dumpsters. All sewer connections must have an elbow and rubber seal, must be soft, flexible hoses with no leaks, and must be sloped toward the drain. Absolutely no dumping of anything other than human waste in the sewer. Do not leave valuables in unlocked vehicles or campers. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. At management’s discretion, failure to comply with the rules, engaging in illegal activity or conduct that is objectionable or offensive to our family-friendly atmosphere may result in eviction from campground with no refund.
