» ONLY MANUFACTURED SELF-CONTAINED RVs ACCEPTED.
» All vehicles, including RVs, must be in good condition, both in appearance and mechanically.
» RATES: All daily rates include electricity, water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi (for two persons). Weekly and monthly rates available.
» SEWER CONNECTION: All sewer hoses must use a 90-degree threaded fitting for connection to sewer system. Rubber donuts are also okay. EVERYTHING ENTERING SEWER SYSTEM MUST BE BIODEGRADABLE. NO ROCKS OR PAPER TOWELS PLEASE.
» ABSOLUTELY NO CLOROX OR OTHER BLEACH IN SEWER LINES.
» LAUNDRY: Please do not leave clothes unattended, so others may use the machines.
» QUIET TIME: 10:00 pm - 7:30 am.
» MAIL: Incoming mail will be stored in the Office in site-assigned boxes.
» SPEED: SPEED LIMIT IN THE PARK IS 10 mph!
» VEHICLE WASHING/REPAIRS: PLEASE SEE MANAGER BEFORE WASHING OR WORKING ON ANY VEHICLE IN THE PARK.
» NO OPERATING OF ATVs on Park property.
» 24/7 monitored security cameras located throughout the park.
» PARKING: Two vehicles per site only. See the manager if extra space is needed. NO PARKING ON VACANT SITES.
» LIABILITY: PARK AT OWNER’S RISK — The park is not liable for bodily or personal property damages or mishaps during your stay at Cloud Nine RV Park.
» PETS: DO NOT ALLOW PETS TO RUN FREE OR DISTURB OTHER GUESTS. ALL PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH, AND YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER THEM.
» SOLICITING: No soliciting in the park or land adjoining the highway.
» FIRES: CAMPFIRES MUST BE IN A SELF-CONTAINED METAL FIRE PIT WITH A SPARK ARRESTING SCREEN. Please check with manager prior to lighting a campfire, as burn bans may be in effect. Charcoal and gas grills are allowed. DISCHARGING OF FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS IS NOT ALLOWED.
» GARBAGE: Please put HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE ONLY in dumpster. NO OTHER TRASH OR DEBRIS ALLOWED. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH AT YOUR SITE. BREAK DOWN ALL BOXES BEFORE THROWING IN THE DUMPSTER.
» SITES: MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND NEAT LOOKING. Please keep extra items to a minimum and stored neatly under the rear of your RV. No Clotheslines.
» Workout area located inside clubhouse.
» Children not allowed in facilities without adult supervision NO EXCEPTIONS!
» CLOUD NINE RV PARK is NOT a clothing optional park. Clothing IS required at ALL TIMES!
» MONTHLY PARK STAYS: A late charge of $50 will be charged after third day of payment due date.
