GUIDELINES FOR HAPPY CAMPING
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
• Check-out time is 11 am.
• Maximum 6 people per site for overnight camping (4 people for 1-room Cabins and Glamping Tents).
• Additional guests of 5 or more require approval from Management. Visitors are subject to a daily fee and must check-in at the office.
• Our pool has NO lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Adhere to the “Buddy System” – no swimming alone.
• Our Pavilion is for general public use during weekends and times of planned activities. If you would like to reserve a time Sunday - Thursday, please see the office for more details.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Please be courteous and help us keep our park quiet. Noise complaints or after-hours emergencies should be directed to 515-468-1128
• Speed Limit is 5 MPH — Please be mindful that we have lots of children playing throughout the campground.
• Please enjoy your campfires respectfully. Do not burn ground debris or move the fire pits. Please keep the campfire to a reasonable size.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per site. No parking on the grass or in the roadway where traffic may be blocked. Do not park in vacant RV spaces. We do not have overflow parking. Guests may have to park elsewhere off-site if there is no room at the campsite.
• Please keep your pets on a leash at all times and pick up after them.
• Electric Vehicles — Campers may plug into the 30 amp OR 50 amp receptacle NOT both at once. This pedestal is not designed to accommodate both receptacles being used simultaneously and will result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You will be responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use of this pedestal.
• Maximum of 2 tents per tent site.
• Tents are allowed on RV sites – for a fee –only on the gravel pad. See the office for more details.
• Place your trash bags in front of your site during office hours for pickup. Do not leave trash out overnight.
• Please use the roads as your means to walk around the campground. DO NOT walk through occupied campsites.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
• If you have a problem during our stay, please let us know and we will work diligently to correct the issue as we are able.
• To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, please be courteous to your neighbors by observing quiet hours, campground etiquette, and a mutual respect for campground rules and KOA staff and management.
