Rules and Regulations
For the safety of our guests, the restrooms and pool area are locked. You can obtain a key from the office staff during office hours. Desert’s Edge RV Park is not responsible for the loss or damage to property of their guests or residents. We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please observe the following guidelines.
Office Hours
Monday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
Closed on Sundays: from May 1- September 30
Check Out Time
Check out time is 12 Noon. If you wish to extend your stay or need a later checkout, please talk with the office staff no later than 11am. Consult office staff about parking/storage for utility trailers.
Laundry Room Hours
The laundry room operates 24 hours, with a key. The key is available from the office staff during normal office hours.

7am - 10pm
Quiet Hours
10pm - 7am
Speed Limit
The speed limit is 10 mph. If you fail to observe the speed limit, you will be asked to leave.
Conduct
Resident/guest will be held responsible for the conduct of everyone in his or her party. Children under the age of 14 MUST be supervised at all times. Do not leave your children alone when you leave your unit or the park.
Pets
Keep pets on a leash no longer than 6 feet. Do not leave pets unattended outside of RV. Pets are not allowed in pool area or buildings. Exception: Bring pets to the office for a treat. Take your pet to the designated dog runs. Clean up after them. Do not let your pet “whiz” or “poop” on other people’s sites. Portable dog pens are not allowed on the patio.
Parking
Most sites accommodate one vehicle. DO NOT PARK ON PAD, in the landscaping, or on a vacant site. If you park in a vacant site, you may be towed at your own expense.
Pool & Spa Area
Hours: 8am to 10pm. Please follow the rules posted. Keep pool area gate closed and locked at all times. Supervise your children. Children who are not potty trained MUST WEAR A SWIM DIAPER IN THE POOL. NO DIVING OR HORSEPLAY IS ALLOWED.
Trash
Trash Containers are located adjacent to the pet grooming area near Williams Road entrance, by the Desert’s Edge sign and next to site 539. DO NOT USE SMALL COMMONS TRASH CONTAINERS FOR YOUR HOUSEHOLD TRASH.
Utilities
If you tamper with the park utilities, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund.

If you see someone in the park who appears not to belong, jot down a description of the person and their vehicle, the date and time of the sighting. Call the police! CALL

Proper RV Parking
If you need assistance or have questions about proper parking, please contact the office staff.
To park your RV Correctly in a back-in site ...
• Align your RV so that you do not drive over the landscaping or the patio slab.
• Park so that the wheels of your RV are close to and parallel to the patio slab.
• Back your RV into the site - no farther than the end of the patio slab. This allows maintenance staff to access the utilities at the rear of the site.
• Store your two-wheel car dolly under the rear of the RV.
• Usual parking options (depending on configuration of the site): In front of concrete patio and/or in front of RV.
