



1. Check-in and out time for campsites is 1pm. Check-in time for cabins and cottages is 3pm. Cabin and Cottage check-out time is 11am All car passes must be visible in your vehicle while on the campground property. There are NO REFUNDS for early departures.
2. Dumpsters are located at places shown on the campground map. Please help us keep the campground clean. Do not litter the ground with cigarette butts or other debris and do not burn trash in the fire rings or grills. Please deposit your trash bags in one of the dumpsters.
3. Quiet time is from 11pm to 8am; persons under the age of 18 must be at their site by 10pm. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. At least one person registered at any site must be 21 years of age or older.
4. Speed limit on all campground roadways is 5mph unless posted otherwise.
5. For your protection as well as the safety of others, campfires must be kept small and extinguished before retiring or leaving the area.
6. The use of chainsaws is strictly prohibited. Trees may not be cut down or defaced in any way, regardless of whether they are dead or alive. Cut firewood is available for sale at the office.
7. D.E.R. regulations prohibit draining wastewater or grey water on the ground or into open containers.
8. Personal laundry or dishes may not be washed in the restrooms.
9. Our pond is for fishing ONLY. Swimming and playing on the rocks are not allowed in the pond. Water is 17’ deep, so please watch your children. Closed dusk till dawn.
10. Powered scooters, Power Wheels, ATVs, and minibikes are not allowed on the campground roads.
11. All golf carts must be registered at the office and the golf cart permit must be clearly visible. All persons driving a golf cart must have a valid Driver’s License. Only carts with headlights and reflectors may be driven after dark. Site numbers must be clearly displayed on the cart permit. Passengers are limited to the number of seats on the golf cart. Golf carts cannot be driven after quiet hours. Golf carts are to be operated in a safe and reasonable manner at all times.
Please stay on common roads at all times and abide by all posted speed limits. All golf carts must be maintained in good working order. Management reserves the right to refuse registration to carts that are deemed unsafe. Charging of golf carts is limited.
12. Alcohol must be confined to campsites only.
13. Car or trailer washing is not allowed in the campground.
14. Firearms, firecrackers, fireworks, sparklers or explosives of any kind are not allowed.
15. Relic hunting/metal detecting is prohibited. No DRONES or any other flying objects are permitted.
16. Grills on picnic tables are not allowed.
17. Maximum of 8 people per site with proper registration.
18. Visitors and guests are welcome. They must register at the office and pay a visitor fee, at which time they will receive a temporary car pass. They are entitled to use all of the campground facilities while visiting.
19. Bicycle riding after dark is not permitted. All bicyclists must wear a helmet when riding.
20. All resort buildings are non-smoking.
21. Pool hours may fluctuate and/or close without notice. All amenities are not guaranteed. NO glass containers allowed in pool area, past fence.
22. All babies/toddlers MUST have swim diapers on. The wearing of regular diapers is NOT permitted in the pools.
23. Hot tubs, kiddie pools and any water-holding containers of any configurations are prohibited.
24. We reserve the right to evict anyone violating these rules, destroying property or otherwise creating a disturbance and no refund will be given in such events.

26. Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the Resort. Customers in violation of this policy will be asked to remove their flag/sign and if they refuse to do so, will be asked to vacate the Resort.
To ensure that all guests (pet owners and non-pet owners) enjoy their stay, we have established the following pet policy. Pets are limited to a maximum of 2 pets per site. Pets are only allowed in your RV and on your site. A $150.00 clean-up fee may be applied and you may be asked to leave the campground without a refund if you are found with your pet in a public building or common area. Please check with the office as we have recently added pet-friendly rentals. If your pet joins you for your stay at Drummer Boy Resort, you must observe the following rules. Failure to comply with Drummer Boy’s pet policy will result in loss of guest camping privileges and no refund of camping fees. Drummer Boy Resort is the sole decision-maker in regard to any issue regarding pets and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider other factors in addition to those described below. Pets MUST wear a current and valid rabies tag. Pets MUST be kept inside
Drummer Boy Resort, its affiliates, staff or management will not be liable for any damages, theft, or injury to person or property occurring within the premises. Management is not responsible for damages by lightning, electrical surges, falling trees or tree limbs and does not bear any liability for spoilage of any perishable items that may result from interruption of electrical service. Camp at your own risk. Management assumes no responsibility for property loss or damage.
your camping unit unless you accompany them outside. When outside, pets MUST be kept on a short leash and never tied to trees, posts, camping units, etc. When walking your pet, you (owner) MUST carry means of cleaning up your pet’s waste and dispose of it in a trash receptacle. Pets MUST NOT disturb other guests. Excessive barking and other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and the pet owner will be required to remove the offending pet from the premises. Pets MUST be left inside your camping unit (excluding tents) when you are away from your site. Please be careful to consider the outside weather conditions (Heat, Cold, etc.) when securing your pet inside your camping unit. You are responsible for providing adequate ventilation and climate control for your pet while still securely confining your pet to the camping unit. Attack-prone dog breeds and exotic pets are not permitted at Drummer Boy. Please ask prior to arrival.
