SPEED LIMIT 5

Rules & Guidelines for the Enjoyment of All Guests

Respect is Contagious: Please respect yourself, park property and, most of all, your neighbors. ALL VEHICLES and PEDESTRIANS: Please use the streets; do not cut through vacant or occupied sites or walk in the alleyways or areas behind sites. Proper attire is required in the park! Please cover up.

SPEED LIMIT: We have speed bumps and appreciate your adherence to the MAXIMUM 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT.

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome here; however, THEIR OWNERS MUST BE WELL TRAINED.

Maximum two (2) pets per site. Your pet’s mess is your mess, so please clean it up IMMEDIATELY. All pets must be on a leash no more than 6 feet in length and accompanied by pet owner at all times, when out of your coach. AGGRESSIVE OR BARKING DOGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Only service animals are allowed in buildings. Do not walk your pet behind or on someone else’s site. Never let it pause on someone else’s landscape. A pet violation will mean you will be asked to leave with NO REFUND! Please do not feed feral cats.

Vehicles: Vehicles must be parked on the site that was assigned — not on the grass, cement patios, or vacant sites. No repairs, maintenance, or washing of RV or vehicle. If you have an oil leak, please have it repaired to avoid tracking into your RV or that of the next person.

Site Maintenance: Please keep your site litter free, including cigarette butts. Storage under or around RV is not permitted. Please bag and securely tie all garbage and place it in the dumpsters located at the north and south ends of the street in front of the office. Break down all boxes. The Park will take care of the grass, water, and tree trimming. After the holidays, please remove the lights from the trees.

Utility Connections: All sites are full hook-up with 20, 30 and 50 amp service. It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping. Please keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and out of the way of mowers and weed eaters.

Visitors and Deliveries are the responsibility of the guest they are visiting and must follow the rules of the park. Please remind them of the speed limit.

Please report any violations of these rules to Park Staff. It is our goal to ensure you have an enjoyable experience, and these rules and guidelines are designed for that purpose. Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave with NO REFUND!
