Rug Rules
To help keep our sites ready for future guests, the following rules apply:
• “Breathable” rugs may be used for short stays of 2 days or fewer.
• Guests staying longer than 2 days cannot use ANY rugs. Even breathable rugs will cause damage after this time.
• NO turf, carpet or rubber backed mats.
• Tents must be moved every 2 days to avoid damage to our grass.
• Damage to our grass may result in a $100 maintenance fee, automatically charged.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy
Our 30-50 AMP electric pedestals are not set up for the charging needs of EVs. DO NOT plug into our pedestals. Any customer caught using our pedestals will be fined $80. All damage done to the electric pedestals will be the responsibility of the camper.
The office has directions to the nearest charging centers.

• Bring Your Favorite Pillow, Sleeping Bag, Towel, Sheets, etc.
• Sorry, NO Smoking or Pets allowed inside. $200 Violation fee will be charged.
Timely Reminders
Check-in: 1 pm (must be at least age 21 to register)
Check-out: 12 pm; Late check-outs $30 (from 1 pm until 5 pm, when available)
Reregistration: by 10 am
Pool & Playground Hours: Closed at Dusk
Quiet Hours: 11 pm to 7:30 am
For your safety and comfort, we ask your assistance in observing these rules.
• Assignment of RV or campsite will be made at the office only. Please occupy your site, and do not move without first checking at the office.
• Check-out time is 12 pm. Because of reservations, please reregister by 10 am and pay in advance.
• No refunds will be given for early departure. Monthly and weekly site renewals must be paid on due date by 12 pm
• Tents can be added to an RV site for a permit fee. Tents must be moved every 2 days.
• No fences or pens are allowed.
• Trash must be placed in plastic bags, securely tied, and placed in front of your space for daily pickup at 10 am. If you miss pickup, please do not leave trash out overnight. There is a dumpster provided at the dump station.
• Quiet hours are to be observed from 11 pm until 7:30 am
• No clotheslines are permit ted. A laundry facility is located in the clubhouse.
• Guests may swim at their own risk in the pool. Please observe the posted rules of the pool. Kids under age 13 cannot swim without parental supervision.
• Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. Children under age 13 should be supervised at all times by an adult.
• Please keep your site free of debris, cans, bottles and other litter.
• The playground and pool close at dusk.
• Exercise equipment and the like will not be allowed to be set up outside.
• We are not liable for theft or injuries occurring during your stay.
• Fires are permitted in fire rings only. Please do not move.
• Occupancy limited to 8 persons per site (including guests and visitors).
• Bikes, inline skates, and skateboards are not to be used at night. Please do not use in or around buildings.
• Trees are growing. Please do not tie clotheslines or dogs to them.
• There is a maximum of one camping unit and one car per site. Visitor’s parking is at the front of the park, with permit.
• No U.S. postal mail delivery to the resort is allowed.
• Management does not assume responsibility for loss caused by fire, theft or accident. Management reserves the right to request anyone to leave the park for any reason without a refund.
• No outside firewood may be brought into the park.
• Sorry, no pools, hot tubs, slip and slides, or sprinklers.
• No firearms are permitted on the property.
Reservations may be made for 2 or more nights, with 1 night deposit by credit card. Site numbers may be given but not guaranteed.
Cancelation Policy: You must cancel 1-week or more from the arrival date for a refund. There is no refund or changes to be made within the week leading up to the arrival date. Fees are nonrefundable. Please note: Monthly reservations must cancel 10 days or more before the arrival date. A cancelation fee applies to these reservations. There is no refund for early departure.
Pet Rules
We enjoy having you visit us and hope your stay will be pleasant for both you and your pet. We expect you to abide by the following rules concerning your pet.
1. T here is a limit of two pets per RV space.
2 . A ll pets must be on a leash not to e xceed six (6) feet when outside of your RV.

. Under no circumstances may you t ie a pet outside your RV and leave i t unattended. You must be with your pet at all times when it is outside your RV.
4. F or health and sanitation reasons, you must pick up after your pet at all times.
6 . Pets must be kept inside your RV during quiet hours (11 pm to 7:30 am).
7. We expect you to keep your pet’s noise under control at all times. Please have consideration for your neighbors.
8 . We reserve the right to refuse any pet t hat management feels is not suitable for an RV park.
9. A nyone caught or reported not adhering to our pet rules will be subject to loss of space rental privileges, with no refund.
10 . No fences or pens allowed. Dogs mus t be leashed at all times.
Enclosed Trailer & Golf Cart Trailer Rules
• Smaller trailers are allowed in the park during a 2-day stay only. Any stay longer than that would require you to park the trailer at Go Karts free of charge. No exceptions.
• Large trailers will not be allowed in the park for any length of stay and will need to be parked at Go Karts.
• Harbortown is not responsible for any theft or damage to property while parked in the Go Karts parking lot.
• Weeklies and monthlies must park any trailer next door at Go Karts. A fee may apply.
Entrance to the campground constitutes permission for the management of Harbortown RV Resort to photograph anyone while on the premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without compensation to the individual.
