GRAND BUFFALO RV RESORT POLICIES
• Only the Renter and Registered Guests may remain overnight on site. • No RV site subleasing is allowed. • RV Park Check-In time: 2:00 PM. No Check-In after 9:00 PM, unless prior arrangement is made with park office. • RV Park Check-Out time: 11:00 AM, late Check-Out must be approved by park office and based on availability. Fees may apply. • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made less than (14) Days of scheduled arrival will be assessed a $100.00 cancellation fee. Any credits will be refunded to the original credit card. • Registered Guests are responsible for their visitors and pets (including cleaning waste) within the RV Park. • Children must have adult supervision at all times within the resort. • No tents or popup trailers are allowed, no exceptions. • Speed limit within the Resort is 10 mph and will be strictly enforced for the safety of all guests. • Registered Guests are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles within the RV Park. Reckless operation of any vehicle may cause eviction of the driver and/or all occupants of the site. • Registered Guest’s personal items must be confined within their assigned RV Site. • No personal property or debris, which would be deemed by management to be an eyesore, is allowed to be stored on the concrete pad around the RV. This specifically includes, but it not limited to, refrigerators and freezers, A/C units, satellite dishes, and washing/drying machines. • Guest, including Guests’ visitors, guests, and invitees, are prohibited from smoking in any of the Grand Buffalo RV Resort buildings. • Noise level from all sources must be reasonable at all times. Quiet Hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. • Personal BBQs are only allowed withing the area of your reserved RV site. No BBQs are allowed on top of the park’s picnic tables. • Fires outside of Fire pits are prohibited. • Fireworks are not permitted on RV Park property. Violators will be subject to eviction. • RV parking must comply with park rules and regulations. No overnight sleeping is allowed outside RVs. • Sites must be clear of all personal items and debris/ trash prior to departure. PAGE 4
• Awning mats and/or area rugs should be designed for outdoor use. • Guests are not allowed to make repairs to the RV Resort or any property of the RV Resort. • No outdoor showers or toilets are permitted on site outside of the RV. • Space around and under the RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash and other items. • Management is not responsible for and assumes NO liability in the event of loss due to theft, accident, fire, acts of nature or any other loss including loss of power/electricity, whether it may be personal injury or loss of property. • Free Wi-Fi service is available to Registered Guests. • All pets must be declared and registered at Check-In. • Aggressive pets are prohibited (see office for restrictions). • Maximum two (2) animals per site; however, additional small pets (under 10 pounds.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis by Management (an additional fee may be required). • Pets are not to be left unattended or tied-up outside RV. • Pets must be restrained on a leash when outside of RV. • Guests, including their visitors, guests, and invitees are not allowed to park on either the grass or the streets. • In order to enhance the quality of the RV Park and its aesthetic appearance, the management of Grand Buffalo RV Resort may refuse to rent to any Guest. The RV Resort, at its discretion, may require a Guest to remove an RV which is in run-down condition or disrepair, and to vacate the RV Resort. • Grand Buffalo RV Resort and its management will not accept mail delivered to the RV Resort for Guests or RV occupants. • RV Resort Rules & Regulations will be interpreted and approved by the RV Resort Managers and are subject to change without notice. • Persons violating RV Park Policies are subject to eviction. As a privately owned resort, we reserve the right to refuse entry and/or reserve the right to evict those who do not observe or who violate RV Park policies.

Talons are only for drivers 16 years and older. Multi-purpose utility vehicles (side-by-sides) can be hazardous to operate. For your safety, drive responsibly. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and appropriate clothing. Always wear your seat belt, and keep the side nets and doors closed. Avoid excessive speeds and be careful on difficult terrain. We recommend that you complete the Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle (ROV) E-course. The free course is available at www.ROHVA.org. All SxS drivers should read the owner’s manual before operating the vehicle. Never drive after consuming drugs or alcohol, or on public roads. Driver and passengers must be tall enough for seat belt to fit property and to brace themselves with both feet firmly on the floor. Passenger must be able to grasp the grab bar with the seat belt on and both feet on the floor. Respect the environment when driving.
