• Check-out is at 11 AM Vacate site prior to riding the trails on your departure date .

• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM . No generators, large group gathering, or loud noises

• Airtight sewer connections are required at full hookup sites .

• BBQ grills and hot pans are not to be placed on picnic tables to prevent damage

• No wood campfires are permitted. Propane fire pits are allowed .

• No smoking in buildings (There is a $250 fine for violations .)

• The speed limit is 10 MPH . No ATV “joy riding” is permitted within the RV park

• Wash station for ATVs, payable at the office before use.

• No items may be hung from trees . Children must be supervised, and no climbing on the hill easement is allowed.

• Restrooms are open 24 hours . Quiet hours are enforced (cabin above bathhouse)

• Pets must be leashed, controlled and cleaned up after Unattended pets, constant barking, and aggressive behavior are prohibited . Pets are not allowed in public buildings .

• Visitors must register at the office.

No refunds are offered for early departures . We reserve the right to evict any guest from the property, without refund, for violations This action is a last resort and will be taken to preserve the well-being and safety of all our guests .
