RULES & REGULATIONS
• No Loitering
• Check-out Time: 12 pm. Please re-register by 10 am if staying another night.
• Speed Limit: 10 mph — strictly enforced.
• No washing of RV or vehicles in the park.
• Quiet Hours: 9 pm to 8 am Sunday through Friday; 10 pm to 9 am Saturday
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Pool: No lifeguards are on duty. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
• You must keep your RV park spot picked up and arranged neatly.
• Pets: Pets are welcome. However, the owners are responsible for their pets’ conduct and to clean up after them. Pets may not be left outside when owners area away from the campgrounds. Pets must not be left unattended on the campground. Pets must be on leash or chain at all times. No pets in restrooms, office, bathrooms or swimming area. Service dogs are exempt.
• Laundry Room and Restrooms: Open 24 hours. Do not leave laundry unattended. Remove promptly at the end of cycle. Restrooms and showers are not to be used for cleaning pets or dishes. Please no clotheslines anywhere.
• No smoking is permitted in any park building. Place your cigarettes and other items in the proper containers, not on the ground.
• Garbage: Please bag and tie all trash. You may place trash at the exit end of your campsite till 10 am; after that, it must be put in the dumpster. Lets all do our part to stop litter from ruining our RV park.
• Vehicles not working will not be allowed to stay after 72 hours. No working on vehicles at the RV park.
• Southern Living RV Park, LLC or management is not responsible for loss, damage, or claims of damages to property of RVers due to fire, theft, accident or other causes.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or to request the departure of anyone who will not comply with the “Rules and Regulations” as stated. Management reserves the right to add or change these rules, as circumstances require. Disregard for any of the above will be sufficient reason for terminating an RVer’s stay without refund.
• Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance of check-in time. If not, you will be charged one night’s rent.
• We have a “No Refund Policy” after your initial payment is made.
• No grease or female products in the sewer — nothing but toilet paper.
