Do you sell PROPANE? Yes, we fill propane tanks and motorhomes during office hours. 2. Where should we put our TRASH? Please place all garbage bags in trash areas provided. 3. What are your OFFICE/GIFT SHOP, LODGE, LAUNDRY & RESTROOM HOURS? Office/Gift Shop hours are posted on the door. Laundry, restrooms/showers are open 24 hours using door codes provided. Daily cleanings times are posted. Please no clothes washing or dishwashing in restrooms. 4. What time do we CHECK IN/CHECK OUT? RV check out is 11:00am. Cabin check out is 10:00am and cabin check in is 3:00pm. For additional days please check with the office before 11:00am. No refunds, any time, no exceptions! 5. Does the park have QUIET HOURS? Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm to 8:00am. 6. Are CAMPFIRES OR FIREWORKS allowed? Campfires are allowed only in selected tent sites and cabin sites that have fire rings. Firearms, fireworks or explosives are not permitted. We have a GROUP CAMPFIRE EVERY NIGHT in the meadow, weather permitting. 7. May we have GUESTS visit us? Yes, your guests are welcome. They need to check in prior to visiting your site. 8. May we use our GENERATORS? Generator use is very disturbing to other guests. They are not necessary or allowed. 9. Where can we WASH our VEHICLES? A car wash is located nearby. Check with the office for the location. 10. Are there CHURCHES nearby? Yes. Check with the office for a list of churches and services. Non-denominational Christian Church Service available at Elk Meadows Lodge. 11. Are CLOTHESLINES allowed? Clotheslines can create a hazard and are unsightly. Dryers are available in the laundry room for your convenience. 12. Are PETS allowed? Yes, dogs and cats are welcome but there are certain breed restrictions. Aggressive animals are not allowed. A 6’ leash rule does apply as well as picking up after “Fido”! Your pet needs company. Please do not leave unattended. No pets are allowed in any of our buildings except service dogs. Please observe posted “No Pets” sign. 13. Are we allowed to FISH or SWIM in the POND? No. Our pond is for wildlife only. 14. Who is to use the POOL & HOT TUB? The Pool and Hot Tub are for registered guests only. Policies are reviewed at registration. No one under 18 years of age allowed in hot tub. 15. What kind of SEWER CONNECTION do I need? Colorado law requires you have a tightly sealed sewer connection (available for purchase in our store). 16. Who is responsible for DAMAGES to person’s property? Park is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either persons or property of any guest. Any damage to site, other guests or facilities by any guest will be the responsibility of the guest. 17. Where may we set up a TENT? Tenting is allowed only on designated tent sites. Tents are not permitted on RV sites. 1.
