You Enjoy Your Visit To North Ranch

To Assist You in Making Your Stay More Pleasant, Please Take the Time to Read the Following Information:

Office Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, closed one hour for lunch.

Check-Out: is 12 noon. Make arrangements with the office before 10:00 am if you are unable to leave by this time. If you are planning to leave early in the morning, please pay during the previous afternoon.

Pets: ALL pets (cats included) must be on a leash at all times. AN ELECTRONIC LEASH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Owners must clean up after their pets. Please do not leave pets unattended outside or leave pet food outside. Pets may not be tied to trees or anything other than your rig. ONLY place that a leash is not required is in the Dog Run. To avoid injury, do not attach clothesline, dog leashes or any other all-purpose lines to trees or anything other than your own rig. We ask that all pets be up-to-date on core vaccinations.

Friendly Hour/Social Hour: in the Clubhouse, a time for socializing, greeting new arrivals and announcements. Check office for times. Ice Cream Socials: Sundays at 6:00 pm seasonally.

Incoming Mail: is to be sent to local post office: c/o your name, General Delivery, Congress, AZ 85332. Escapee Members using Escapee Mail Service may have mail forwarded directly to the park. Mail must arrive during the time the Member will physically be in the park. Rainbow Parks cannot hold mail before arrival or forward mail after Member departure.

Outgoing Mail: Pre-stamped outgoing mail may be placed in the mail box at the Office.

Telephone and Phone Messages: Emergency messages will be delivered to your RV. Other messages will be posted on message boards outside office. Good Neighbor Policy: Please do not infringe on others by parking your vehicles on or walking through another site.

Generators: Due to the relocation of the Dry Camp areas and complaints about exhaust, we no longer allow generator use at North Ranch. Operation of a generator is NOT permitted at any time or anywhere in the park.

Quiet Time: 10:00 pm to 7:30 am

Trash: Please put trash in plastic bags and place them in the trash containers across from the Office.

Recycling: Plastic #1-7, glass, tin and cardboard (broken down). Emergency: Call 911 from a cell phone for fire, police, or medical emergencies.

If you are unable to leave your rig, honk your horn and turn on your lights.

Laundry: One laundry is located in the Office and is open 24 hours 7 days a week; another is in the Activity Center and is open 24 hours 7 days (seasonally).

Internet: Tengo Wi-Fi is available at most sites and can be purchased from your computer. For billing or technical assistance please contact Tengo’s support line at 866-968-3646.

Sewer Connections: must be threaded connectors or rubber donut.

ALL TOWED TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS: must have a vehicle capable of towing said unit out of the park throughout the rental period.

Children: 15 and under must be supervised by their parent or legal guardian.

Propane: Check at office for current schedule.

Unattended RVs: Please let the manager know if you will be away for more than 24 hours.

Volunteers: Volunteering is the LIFEBLOOD of the Escapees. We appreciate your help to keep the costs low.

Wildlife: Please do not feed any wildlife.

Oil Changes: Check with the manager.

Activities: The Library and Video Library are in the Clubhouse.

Everyone: Must obey all rules shown here as conveyed and established by Rainbow Park Management.

No Wood Fires: Please use propane fire pits only.
