Cable TV

We have 68 different cable channels for your entertainment. In order to access those channels, you will need a remote from the office. Make sure you return the remote back to the office before you leave. If the remote is not returned before you leave the campground, then we will be charging you a $50 remote fee for not returning it.

REMEMBER: Our KOA is on MOUNTAIN TIME.

ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Are pets allowed?

Yes, except for animals considered questionable by the management. CITY LAW REQUIRES THAT THEY BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. A dog walk area is provided. Please be a good neighbor and place dog droppings in the container provided. Please, do not walk pets on tent sites, in any building, the pool area or playground, except for Service dogs. Pets are not to be left unattended outside your RV or inside a Kamping Kabin at any time. If your pet needs the services of a vet, the office will be glad to assist you.

Where should we put our trash bags?

Please take your trash to one of the large dumpsters: one is up front by the playground, and one is in back by the dog park.

Are campfires allowed?

We are within the city limits and ground fires are not allowed. You may have a fire in one of the many grills. We do not sell firewood and prefer that you use charcoal in these grills.

Do you sell propane?

We do not sell propane at the campground. Propane is available from Frontier Ag, which is located approximately 1½ miles west on Hwy 24. The office staff will be happy to assist you with specific directions.

Can I wash my vehicle?

Goodland has two fine car washes, and we will be happy to give you directions to them. Vehicle washing at your site is limited to windshields only. Does your pool have a lifeguard?

No lifeguard is provided. Please accompany and supervise your children under the age of 18. Suntan oil/ lotion leaves a messy ring around the pool and also clogs the filter. Please do not enter the pool after applying suntan oil/lotion.

Can I run my generator?

Running generators is not permitted. Can I use my charcoal grill on a picnic table?

Grills are not permitted on picnic tables since they are plastic and expensive to replace. Thank you for understanding. Can I do maintenance on my vehicle?

We do not allow maintenance or repair work on your vehicle at your site. We will be happy to assist you with contacting a local garage.

Do you have a tornado shelter?

The private residence has a basement that serves as a shelter. If the tornado siren sounds, proceed to the white door on the right/front side of the house.

NO FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES OR FIREWORKS WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE CAMPGROUND.

Management assumes no responsibility for the actions or safety of guests and reserves the right to ask a guest to leave (without refund) who violates these rules. Goodland is located in an area called the High Plains. Our normal annual rainfall total, including melted snow, is only 17 inches per year. Therefore, our grass and trees are special to us. Please do not chop on any trees with any sharp instrument, break live branches, or park anywhere except designated areas.
