Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort

Guadalupe River is the perfect place for families to have the vacation of a lifetime. Whether you’re looking to kick back and relax, or spend the day busy with fun activities, our CampResort is an ideal location. Spend the day splashing at the Water Zone, putt-putting on our 18-hole mini golf course, walking along the banks of the Guadalupe River, and so much more. No matter your age, camping with us is bound to be a blast. Make sure you experience everything our park has to offer while making memories with your friends and family!

DISCLAIMER

By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort Guadalupe River (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me.

I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort.

Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking and swimming on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks.

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf.

If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.

SPEED LIMIT is slow – 5 MPH

QUIET HOURS are 10PM – 8AM (Sun-Thurs) and 11PM – 8AM (Fri & Sat).

PLEASE, NO BICYCLE RIDING AFTER DARK. Helmets recommended.

ALL VISITORS must be registered at the Registration Station in order to obtain wristbands and a car tag.

PERSONAL GOLF CARTS are allowed with proof of insurance, a signed contract, and an annual fee of $45 + tax (no prorating). Additionally, golf carts can be rented from the Registration Station. Guest must comply with all Camp-Resort policies and stay on roads & designated paths.

MULES, ATVS, UTVS, 4 WHEELERS, DUNE BUGGIES, BATTERY-OPERATED CHILDREN’S VEHICLES, HOVERBOARDS, SEGWAYS, AND DRONES are not allowed.

RV WASHING Must use Mobile Wash/Detailing company for RV Washing. No personal washing of Rigs allowed. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH WIPES; we’re on a septic system.

FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS (including sparklers) are not allowed at the Camp-Resort.

CAMPFIRES are to be confined to provided fire rings and must be monitored at all times. Please, do not move your fire ring. All firewood must be purchased from the Ranger Station. Do not collect wood from our trees.

GLASS, PETS, AND SMOKING ARE NOT ALLOWED IN POOL AREAS, OR BUILDINGS. Please, do not eat food or have drinks in the pools.

GLASS is not allowed off your site – please use nonbreakable containers. Adult beverages must be held in an unmarked container or koozie.

PET POLICIES – pets are not allowed at our playgrounds, restrooms, or other buildings. Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pet(s) if staying in a cabin unattended. They’re also responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. Please keep your pet on a leash and never unattended. For the safety of our guests, pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the Camp-Resort.

FAQS (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

Do you have an ATM? Yes, you can find an ATM in the Ranger Station. Do you offer Wi-Fi and cable? We have free Wi-Fi throughout the Camp-Resort –speeds will vary. We do ask that you refrain from streaming videos, as it tends to slow down the speed for everyone.

What are check-in and check-out times? Campsite check-in time is 2PM and checkout time is 12PM. Cabin check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is at 11AM.

Do you allow tents? Tents are allowed on Premium RV Sites/Tent Sites only. A small 2-man pup tent is allowed in addition to an RV. If no RVs are on the site, we allow up to two 10’ x 10’ tents. Please note that tent sites are susceptible to visits from insects.

Can my friends come and visit? Absolutely! Guests must pay a visitor fee and the number of people per campsite cannot exceed 8. All visitors must register at the Registration Station upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet? We do allow pets in RV sites and at designated pet-friendly cabins. Aggressive/disruptive dogs are not allowed. Please refer to “Park Policies” for more info. Do you have trash pick-up? For your convenience, we do have curbside trash pick-up. Please do not leave bagged garbage outside overnight. Please keep sites clean and free of trash.

Do we need to bring our own linens? You can bring your own linens or rent them from the Camp-Resort. If you have forgotten them, you can visit the Registration Station to inquire about rentals.
