Resort Guidelines

Site Limits: Please keep rear wheels and leveling jacks in front of electric pedestal to prevent water main damage.
Changing Sites: If you wish to change sites, please check with the Front Desk first.
Grills/Open Fires: No charcoal grills on the picnic tables. No open or uncontained campfires are allowed in the resort. Please check with the office for any additional restrictions based on weather conditions. Smoking is not permitted in any public building.
Sewer/Water Connections: Florida State Law requires “donuts” to connect a sewer line. We are also required, by law, to have backflow preventers on each water connection. There will be a $10.00 charge if this is removed or tampered with in any way.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 am for all sites
Check-In Time for RV Sites: Noon
Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
Mail: Check with the Front Desk for help with sending or receiving mail.
Have your mail addressed to: Your Name, 3737 El Jobean Rd, Your Box # (or site # if you do not have a box), Port Charlotte, FL 33953. Packages or letters delivered by FedEx or UPS must have customer’s site #.
Speed Limit: 15 mph
Garbage: Trash and recycle should be taken to the dumpster area. Horticulture that is raked and/or tied and stacked by the road will be picked up daily. Please do not use the restroom and clubhouse trash cans for refuse from your site or for pet waste.
Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room of the Clubhouse. Clotheslines on your site are permitted for towels and bathing suits only.
Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Night vehicles must display lights.
Golf Carts and Other
Pets: Pets are very welcome as long as they are on a leash, you pick up after them and they don’t bother your neighbors.
SPEED LIMIT IS 15 MPH for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts and bikes.
Parking: No parking on unoccupied RV sites.
