1. NO REFUNDS AFTER HOOK-UP ON ANY FEES OR RENTALS AFTER RENT IS RECORDED. WE CANNOT CHANGE IT AS THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN TAX. 2. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you desire to stay longer, please notify the office prior to 10:00 am. 3. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 4. No outside drying of laundry. No hanging things on fences. 5. Please observe our 5 mph speed limit. 6. Leaving your site empty without notifying your Park Manager will classify it as being empty and open for rent. 7. No washing or repairing your RV unit or vehicle on Park property without permission. 8. During winter months, water hoses must be wrapped with heat tape and insulation. Sewer connections must be on sewer hoses at all times. 9. Two adults per RV space. Extra persons $1.00 per night. 10. Guests and all members of the guest’s party must register and pay current Park rates in advance. Park in your assigned numbered sites only. Unregistered vehicles and any vehicles located in an unauthorized location will be towed away at the owner’s expense. NO SUBLEASING. 11. Partying — profanity, or any loud noise that will disturb other Park guests, will not be tolerated. 12. Guests are directly responsible for any damage or loss of Park property by themselves, their guests or their children, and will be expected to make immediate restitution for the same. 13. The management is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, fire or theft to either the property or person of any guest. 14. No fireworks allowed in the Park. 15. All pets must be kept on a leash. It is your responsibility to pick up and dispose of all droppings left by your pet anywhere. Restrain your dog from barking and disturbing others. Pets cannot be left outside unattended or overnight. 16. Your RV space is to be kept neat and tidy. No under-trailer, outside storage or rubbish permitted. All vehicles must be kept in running condition or stored off Park property. No garbage cans or buckets. 17. Excessive vehicle traffic to and from your RV space indicates that a business is being operated and is in violation of RV Park rules. 18. No skirting of your RV unless approved by Park management. 19. No outside refrigerators, freezers or appliances without permission. 20. This is private property. Violation of these Park Rules, of Federal or State laws or local ordinances or generally antisocial behavior — drunkenness, profanity, loud talk, or immoral conduct — will not be tolerated. 21. No tents or sleeping outside your RV allowed. 22. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse service to anyone. Violations will result in your being asked to leave the Park. 23. Please DO NOT nail spikes in the ground on Park property.
