HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK KOA HOLIDAY GUEST SERVICES GUIDE

GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

• Pets: On leash only. Cleaning up after animals is the responsibility of the owner of the animal. Do NOT leave pets unattended.

• Pool: Hours as posted. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!

• Motorbikes & ATVs: Allowed only for the purpose of entering or leaving the campground.

• Messages: All messages will be delivered to your campsite as soon as possible.

• Generators: Operation not permitted in this park.

• Trash: Please put trash in the garbage can located near your site.

• Vehicle Washing: Check in office for the nearest car wash facility.

• Clotheslines: Please NO clotheslines. Dryers are available in the laundry.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:30 am, in accordance to City & County Noise Ordinances.

• Visitors: All vehicles and guests must register at the KOA office.

• Parking: We allow one camper (motorhome, travel trailer, 5th Wheel, etc.) and one vehicle per site. Additional vehicles may be charged; additional parking is available, inquire at the KOA Office. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN VACANT SITES!

HOURS

Store: Vary throughout the year. Posted at Office/Store Door.

Laundry: We have two (2) locations. Both are open 24 hours.

Pool: May 1st – October 1st 10 am – Store Closing (Weather Permitting).

For Additional Assistance after hours, contact numbers are available at the NIGHT REGISTRATION KIOSK - located in the parking lot.
