PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING - We require that while you are on our property and using our facilities, including pool, dog run, restrooms, laundry and pavilion that you are practicing social distancing as this is the new normal.

Rules & Regulations

NO REFUNDS OR PRO-RATING IF YOU SHORTEN YOUR STAY.

ALL GUESTS & VISITORS must register at the office before entering the park. All park guests are responsible for their guests.

CHECK-IN TIME - 2:00 pm.

CHECK-OUT TIME - 11:00 am.

We appreciate a 5 day notice of departure from our extended stay guests which is a requirement for deposit to be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse continued service.

PARKING & VEHICLES - Two vehicle limit to each site. NO BOATS, CARGO OR UTILITY TRAILERS. Overflow parking is provided should two vehicles not fit at a site. Cargo and other utility type trailers may be stored in our designated area for a fee of $50 per month. Check at the office for more information. Do NOT park your vehicle on the grass or allow it to extend into the flow of traffic. Do NOT park your vehicle in an empty site or you will be charged a fee of $50. NO type of mechanical repair, whether to vehicle or RV is permitted at RV site. Please do not allow any motor oil, fluids, gray or black holding to leak from your vehicle or RV. A cleaning fee will be assessed if this happens (up to a max of $150 for cleaning up the spill). The manager must approve any type of steps to your RV that are not factory installed.

CHILDREN - This is an adult-oriented park. Children are only permitted with a nightly reservation or when just visiting a long term guest. Children are NOT allowed in the pool area, restrooms, showers, laundry or any other facility without adult supervision. Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. ANIMALS - Friendly animals are always welcomed in the park. NO PITBULL-RELATED BREEDS OR ANY AGGRESSIVE DOGS ALLOWED. All animals must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Please keep your animal leashed at ALL times while you’re just relaxing outside your RV or while walking around the park. Do not allow them to be loose or tied up outside unattended. NO DOG FENCES OR ANIMAL PENS. OWNERS are responsible for picking up and disposing of their animal’s waste immediately. Animals are not allowed in the pool area, laundry room, restrooms or office. Continuously barking dogs will not be tolerated.

POOL - All Swim Time: 10 am – 8 pm; ADULTS ONLY: 8 pm – 10 pm. NO LIFEGUARD! Swim at your own risk! All children under 16 years of age must have adult supervision at ALL times. Children that cannot swim MUST wear a life jacket or swimsuit with a built-in flotation device. No glass containers. No running, diving or horseplay allowed. NO WET SWIMSUITS ALLOWED IN THE MAIN BUILDING, RESTROOMS OR LAUNDRY AREA. No personal swimming pools.

RIGS AND SITE APPEARANCE - Please keep all cords, cables, and hoses neatly bundled. Extended Stay guests are responsible for properly attaching and securing their sewer hoses. Normal outdoor items such as lawn chairs, tables, grills, plants and bikes are permitted outside your RV. Outdoor things need to be kept to a minimum. No large upright storage containers, tires, exercise equipment, generators, refrigerators and/or freezers are allowed outside or underneath your RV. Keep grass free of ALL items. Lawn maintenance is done every week. Please keep yards free of any clutter in order to allow staff to mow, weed eat, and edge grounds properly. We will not be held responsible for items damaged because of failure to follow this request. Properly attach and secure sewer hoses with the correct fitting to sewer inlet and support. All sewer hoses must be elevated off the ground and placed on a stand. No window A/C units.

GENERAL RULES

Tie trash bags securely and place them in the dumpster. DO NOT leave trash bags outside your RV overnight. We do have critters that will scatter it.

ALL park buildings are SMOKE-FREE ZONES. No smoking in any of our facilities at any time. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground; dispose of butts in the trash.

Please do not cut through any site to get to your destination.

No clotheslines outside your RV. Do not hang clothes on your RV or from trees. Laundry facilities are provided. No screen rooms, canopies or tents at your site.

No ATVs or 4-wheelers out of trucks. Electric golf carts are permitted. Please remember that ALCOHOL should only be consumed within your RV site. Other areas of the park are alcohol free. Firearms/Fireworks - illegal activities of any sort are strictly prohibited.

If you are reported to Law Enforcement for any reason other than medical or fire emergency you will be asked to vacate immediately with NO refund or prorating of your site cost. Calling to report a crime, a concern for a neighbor, personal or park property will always be appreciated.

Use of foul, threatening or vulgar language will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate eviction. Our intention is to maintain a civilized, well-maintained campground for all.

Houston East RV Resort is a close knit community, and as such, the community has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. The Resort & Management are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damage to property or persons or guests due to fire, theft, or accidents from any cause.
