Ice Art RV Park & Campground Rules & Regulations
• Checkout Time: 11AM, Unless space is available for late departures and management has approved modification. • Quiet Hours: Be kindhearted with your radio, TV and other unnecessary noises, especially after 8PM and before 8AM. • Speed Limit: Please drive slowly and carefully within the park. Recommended speed is 5 mph. Failure to abide can result in non-renewal of stay. • Personal Conduct: Please be considerate of others. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct or drunkenness is not tolerated. • Children: Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times. • Laws: Park occupants and guests must comply with all federal, state, local laws and park rules. • Pets: Pets are required to be leashed, quiet and under control. Guests are required to clean up after their pets. All required shots must be current. Owners are responsible for pet behavior at all times. Pets my not be left unattended. • Visitors: If you have visitors staying please inform the office so there are not misunderstandings. Anyone who services you RV must check in at the park office as well. • Prohibited: No drugs, alcohol abuse, fireworks, or use of firearms is permitted on Ice Art RV Park property. • Use of Water: No RV washing on site, There is a specific space available located south of O’Grady Pond Too for vehicle washing. • Connection Hoses: Water hoses must be replaced if leaking to conserve water. Hoses must be picked up off the ground. Park is not responsible for damaged hoses. • Campfires: Fires in BBQ and Fire Pits only please. Fires only permitted when there is no borough fire ban. Fire rules. a. Fires in BBQ and Fire Pits only. b. No fire shall be left unattended; all such fires shall be extinguished. c. Firewood is to be stacked no closer than 15 feet from the fire pits. • No Swimming Allowed: Noyes Slough and O’Grady Pond Too are off limits to swimming. • Propane: Propane sales are available at entrance to park. Please leave bottles at station with name and site number on bottles. The bottles will be filled and taken back to site. The charge will be billed to your site. Park officials will not disconnect any bottles or pick up at your site. This is your responsibility. • Sites: Are required to be kept clean and neat, free of debris, boxes, etc. Trash can be placed in tied plastic bags and placed to the right front of the site prior to 9AM daily. The Park maintenance personnel will pick up trash bags between 9AM and 10AM daily. • Parking: Parking for sites is one car with space provided next to trailer, Large pull through sites may accommodate two cars if no part of car is in the roadway, NO part of vehicles is allowed on the grass at ANY time. Visitor parking in designated area only. • Disconnect All Utilities Before Leaving: Guest are responsible for any damage caused by pulling out unit without disconnecting from park utilities. • Smoking: There is no smoking in any building within Ice Art RV Park & Campground. • Basic Fees: a. RVs are for two adults plus kids 17 and under with one vehicle and pets. Any additions or size adjustments requires Management’s approval b. Tent sites are for two adults plus kids 17 and under. Additions require Management’s approval. • Laundromat: The washers run for 30 minutes, the dryers run for 45 minutes. Please remove clothing promptly. Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. NO PETS allowed in Laundromat. • Tent Sites: Campers with vehicles must park in designated Campground vehicle parking area marked on park site map. • Park personnel with ATV will assist transporting camper’s belongings from car in parking area to assigned camp site.
