RULES & INFORMATION
OFFICE HOURS: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Saturday • 8 am - 4 pm Sunday
CHECK-IN TIME: 2 pm
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12 pm
• Early Check-In and late Check-Out available for a fee.
• No refunds after Check-In or for early departure unless required due to mandatory evacuation.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm - 7 am. Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time.
POOL HOURS: 9 am -10 pm. NO GLASS, NO SMOKING, and NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
FIRE PITS: Do not burn anything other than wood and DO NOT leave fire unattended.
TRASH: Please place bags at the end of your lot’s driveway between 6 am and 10 am for complimentary pickup. There will be a $25.00 fee for any trash set out before or after pickup times or left out overnight.
SPEED LIMIT: 7 mph and strictly enforced. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per site.
• Additional vehicles must request a parking pass from the office and park in designated overflow areas. DO NOT park on the grass. Minimum of $25 fee for damage to grass.
GOLF CARTS: Are permitted. Must be at least 16 years or older and a licensed driver.
BOATS/WATERCRAFT: Are permitted. Must be in the short-term storage area during your stay for a fee. Please register in the office. All unregistered boats/watercrafts will be towed at owners’ expense.
RV RESTRICTIONS: We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, conversions, or horse trailers. We do not accept any recreational vehicles that are more than 15 years old.
• If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival.
NOT PERMITTED ON SITE: Tents, enclosed canopies with floors, portable hot tubs, clotheslines, refrigerators/appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repair, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, firearms. Do not place rugs on grassy areas. Smoking is not permitted in common areas. Storage trailers and tow dollies must be placed in designated areas, not on site.
NOTE: You are responsible for actions of your party, including guests and children.
• Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, or using profanity or drugs.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult after dark.
• Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests require a fee and must register in the office.
WE ARE PET FRIENDLY: Limit 2 pets per site.
• While outside, keep your dog on a leash at all times, unless within the enclosed dog run.
• Pets may not be left outside unattended or inside your RV.
• Do not walk your dog on someone else’s site.
• No aggressive behavior or excessive barking will be tolerated.
• You MUST clean up after your pet immediately. Waste Stations with complimentary baggies are located at the front and back of the park. Guests will be charged a $25 Fee for not cleaning up after their pets.
