KLAMATH FALLS RV RESORT

• Check-in: 2pm (early check-in fees will apply)

• Check-out: By 11am. If you would like to depart later, check with office to see if your site is available for late departure. Late departure fees will apply.

• Cancellation Fee of $20 will be applied to all cancellations. A 14 day advance notice, 7 day advanced notice, or 2 day advanced notice (depending on your reservation type) is required or you forfeit your advance deposit. Site preference is noted on reservation, but is NOT GUARANTEED. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore, we do not give refunds or camping credits due to discomforts of nature.

• Site Occupancy is limited to registered guests only. Your rate includes 4 people. Additional overnight guests up to a total of 8 will be charged a fee.

• Guests must check-in at the office before going to your site. Only registered Guests are allowed to use the resort and its amenities.

• Children under age 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while using any campground facilities.

• Parking: Only one RV and one other vehicle allowed per site. Any additional vehicles must be registered and parked in designated areas and kept out of unoccupied sites, off grass and roads.

• Sewer: All RVs must have a sewer hose ring attached to the sewer line.

• Garbage is picked up as a courtesy for our guests between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Do not leave trash out overnight. Before and after hours, you are responsible for taking your garbage to dumpsters located at front of park. We will not pick up large or heavy items - it is your responsibility to take those items to the dumpsters.

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am (Sunday thru Thursday) and 11pm to 8am (Friday & Saturday)

• Fire Rings: please keep fire pits clean and free of refuse. Fires are limited to fire pits on site and must be attended at all times. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS.

• Picnic Tables: do not move picnic tables onto the grass.

• Speed Limit is 5 mph throughout the Park. Please limit your driving – most areas are less than a 5 minute walk. Mini bikes, motorized scooters, battery operated ride-on toys and any other recreational vehicles of this type are strictly prohibited.

• Golf Carts are permitted however, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 YEARS or without a driver’s license can operate any motor vehicle in the Park.

• Washing of Vehicles in designated area only. See office for location.

• Oil Changing and any type of maintenance or repairs are strictly prohibited in the Park. See management for emergency needs.

• Personal property: secure your personal property/valuables. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, left behind items or damages. Please help us keep the park clean by keeping your site tidy.

• Respect other guests and their property. Use roads rather than cutting through sites. Disorderly behavior, profanity, illegal drugs, firearms, fireworks and smoking within the buildings are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the Park. Excessive drinking, intoxication or drug use will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate ejection. We have the right to evict without notice anyone, who in our judgment creates a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks the rules. Anyone destroying any property or trespassing on Park property shall be responsible for the damages and shall be evicted immediately. No refunds will be made in any of these events.

PET POLICIES

• Pets are allowed. They must be leased and picked up after. There are no size or breed restrictions.

• Dogs must be on a leash (maximum 6 feet in length) and quiet at all times.

• Do not leave pets tied up or unattended at any time.

• Pets are not allowed in any park building or pool area.

• Clean up after your pet and properly dispose of waste.

• Cabins: Non refundable pet deposit required on pet-friendly cabins.

• Management maintains the right to refuse any animal it deems dangerous or a threat to our patrons.

• Failure to comply with these Pet Policies will cause immediate eviction from the Park with no refund.
