LAFITTE’S HIDEOUT RV RESORT RULES
Check in at 1 PM, Check out at 11 AM.
Quiet times 10 PM to 8 AM.
Obey all posted signs (speed limit, children at play, etc.). 24 hour security surveillance.
Smoking is not permitted in any of LaFitte’s Hideout buildings. Pool hours are Monday-Sunday 9 AM-9 PM and are subject to change without notice.
Please do not feed the birds!
VEHICLES AND PARKING
NO parking in vacant sites allowed at ANY time. This will result in you being charged for the daily cost of the site and/or towing. (Just because it is vacant at the time does not mean it will not be occupied later in the day/evening.)
Parking in the street is not permitted, as it is a fire lane. No exceptions per the city of Port Aransas. Do not park on the grass at any time. Tires damage the sod. We only allow two vehicles per site, or a vehicle and a golf cart. Boats 20 feet total length (including trailer) and smaller can be parked at the site for an additional fee. Overflow parking is available for larger boats over 20 feet in length. Check with the office for pricing.
Washing: If you want to wash your RV, Boat etc. please first notify the office. The price is $10.00 per vehicle. If we catch you washing your vehicle(s) without asking, your reservation will be charged a washing fee of $20.00 per vehicle automatically.
You must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property and in town. ATVs and UTVs are not allowed in Port Aransas, per city ordinance.
All vehicles are required to have their parking permit displayed in the window.
CAMPSITES
Sewer must be connected to the main sewer with proper connections
Camping-style furniture only.
No mats/carpets on grass, no exceptions.
All RVs must be no older than 10 years from the day of check-in (RVs older than 10 years must be approved by management).
Exterior/high-profile lighting must be turned off by 10 PM.
No clotheslines allowed.
Sites must be kept clean at all times. (No trash, cigarette butts, etc. at any time.)
Charcoal must be disposed of properly and is not permitted to be dumped at the site or dumpster.
No skateboards allowed in the park.
Abuse of any property will result in immediate removal from the park with no refund.
PETS
Please see pet policy.
POOL
NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY (SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK).
The pool is for resort guests ONLY.
Only swimsuits are allowed in the pool, no street clothes allowed. No pets in the pool area.
No running or horseplay allowed.
Help us keep our pool clean. Please rinse off before entering the pool.
ADDITIONAL FEES
All trailers, all boats over 20 feet in length, box vans, utility trailers and car haulers must be parked in overflow/trailer parking for an additional fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. All overflow parking is assigned.
No trailers listed above will be allowed in the RV sites. Anything parked in overflow without a parking pass or at an RV Site is subject to be towed at the owner’s expense.
Four people per site are included with a maximum of six. Extra people over the age of 5 are charged an additional fee.
