Guidelines for Our Guests’ Safety & Enjoyment
Please take a moment to become familiar with our rules.
• Alcohol: Absolutely no public display of alcohol is allowed. Please keep in a koozie or a cup.
• Check-Out Time is 12 Noon. Please re-register before that time if you plan to stay another day. Additional fees may be charged for late departures.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am throughout the park.
• Liability: Management will not be responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or fire to either the property or any individual. Clotheslines are not permitted on-site. Our facilities are provided for use at your own risk.
• Pets: We love pets at our park. Your pet is welcome if kept under control, is quiet and you clean up after it. All pets must be kept on a leash, except while in the dog park. Pets are not allowed in buildings or the swimming pool area. Pets cannot be left unattended and must be inside your RV at night. You must clean up after your pets; a fee will be charged for failure to do so. Any dog showing aggression shall not be permitted. Failure to comply with pet rules may cause your pet to be asked to leave the park. Pets are accepted at the discretion of park management.
• Golf Carts: Driver must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart, with proof of liability insurance.
• Church: Please see the front desk for a list of area churches.
• Registration: All guests and visitors must register at the office. All those under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the park and the pool as well. (See the Swimming Pool rule below.)
• Guests: If your guest swims, showers or stays overnight, there is a guest fee.
• Speed Limit: 10 mph throughout the park — strictly enforced. Do not drive through sites.
• Swimming Pool: Pool use is weather permitting and at the discretion of management. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are permitted, and no smoking or food is allowed. Please observe all posted regulations in the pool area. Hours year round are 9:00 am to dusk.
• Trash/Recycling: Thank you for helping to keep the park and your site clean by picking up your paper, cans and bottles. Please place all trash in plastic bags and place near roadway. Trash will be picked up between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily. Please do not leave trash out overnight. After 10:00 AM, please deposit in the dumpster. Please see the front desk for information regarding the local recycle center. Household waste only in dumpsters. Also, please break down all cardboard.
Management assumes no responsibility for the actions or safety of guests. We reserve the right to eject anyone violating campground rules or creating a disturbance. Thank you for your cooperation.
