Guidelines for Everyone’s Safety & Enjoyment Camping courtesy assures a safe, enjoyable stay for you and your neighbors. If we can be of any assistance to you please call: 800-562-0845 • Quiet Time is 10:00pm – 7:00am. • Obey signs and maintain speed limit – 5mph. • Trash will be collected each morning. Please place your trash at your site marker. Do not leave garbage out overnight or on picnic tables. • Fishing Rules: Anyone 16 years and over must have a valid NC Fishing License. • Golf Carts: Golf carts must be insured and driver must have valid driver’s license. • Please inform your visitors to register at the office to obtain a pass before entering the park. Unregistered visitors or vehicles will be confronted by KOA Staff & asked to leave the premises. All visitors must park in guest parking. • NOT Permitted: Fireworks, firearms, generators, drugs, or any illegal activity. • Fires: (check with the office staff regarding state burning regulations and alert levels) • Help us help you: Do Not dispose of grease, sanitary napkins, diapers, ALL sanitary wipes in toilets, or empty ANY of these items into our sewer when you dump! • Our pool is for Safe Fun. Please obey pool rules. Do not swim alone. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS bottles inside pool area. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. • Pets must be kept on leash at ALL times, or use our fenced -in dog parks. Our trees, bushes, fences and site pedestals are not intended for your pet to pee on. Please keep them walking away from these areas on the way to the dog park. • Bikes/Skateboards/Skates are not allowed on walkways or around buildings. • Helmets are required for motorized scooters. • Only 1 vehicle per site, please see management for extra parking. NO vehicles on the grass. • Do not block, park, or drive through empty sites. • The drinking or display of alcohol is not prohibited outside your camping area. Discreet and responsible alcohol consumption is to be confined to your site. • Display car pass issued by Lumberton/I-95 KOA. • Please do not share codes with anyone else. Persons needing codes must call the campground office. • Any guest destroying/damaging Campground property is expected to make due restitution. • Refunds: NO refunds for early departure after initial registration. Rainchecks may be available for remaining night for current season. NO ON-SITE VEHICLE WASHING! NO FILLING RV FRESH WATER TANKS. Management/Owners are not responsible for damage, theft, or injury to property, persons, or pets. Violation of these regulations or acting in a manner which disturbs the peace and pleasure of other guests will result in eviction from the campground without a refund. Note: The management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground, its visitors, or for failing to obey all the rules at all times, or for any just cause.
