Guidelines
OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sunday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is at 2:00 pm and Check-Out is at 12:00 pm. There is a $25 fee for early check-in and late check out. Please contact the office for availability.
SPEED LIMIT: For the safety of everyone, our speed limit is 7 mph. This is strictly enforced.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Please respect your neighbors by limiting noise during this time.
SWIMMING POOL: Pool Hours are 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
GRILLS: NO OPEN FIRES OF ANY KIND. Grills are permitted, but they may not be placed on the plastic tables, as they will melt the table.
TRASH: Complimentary trash pickup from 8:00 am to 10:oo am. Please leave trash at end of site. Otherwise, dispose of all trash in dumpster. There is a $25.00 fee for trash left out overnight.
RV RESTRICTIONS: We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, conversions, or RVs more than 15 years old. If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival.
VISITORS: You are responsible for all behavior of guests in your party, including children and visitors. Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged $5.00 per person per night. Visitors bringing a vehicle for the night must obtain a parking pass from the office. If additional parking space is needed, we will direct you to designated overflow parking areas.

LAUNDRY: Washers and Dryers are located in the main office building as well as the back bathhouse. The cost is $2.00 to dry and $2.00 to wash. Quarters are available in the office.
VEHICLES: 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per site. Additional vehicles must request a Parking Pass from the office and park in designated overflow areas. Do not park on the road.
VEHICLE WASHING: Washing on site is permitted. There is a $10 water usage fee for vehicles and $20 for RVs. Please pay the fee in our office prior to washing. We do allow insured outside Detailers to wash your RV or vehicle.
NOT PERMITTED ON SITE: Tents, free-standing canopies, clotheslines, wood burning firepits, refrigerators/ appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, storage trailers, tow dollies, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, and firearms.
GENERAL:
A. Smoking is not permitted in any common areas.
B. We cannot accommodate boats, jet skis, or watercraft. Golf carts are not permitted unless deemed medically necessary.
C. Alabama Board of Health requires airtight sewer connectors. No grey or black water is to be drained on the ground.
D. NOTE:
• Guests will be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, and/or using profanity or illegal drugs.
• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult after dark.

Under Gulf Shores & Orange Beach city ordinances, it is illegal to enter the Gulf of Mexico within the corporate limits of either when two red flags are displayed.
Rip currents are powerful currents of water moving away from shore. They can sweep even the strongest swimmer away from shore. If at all possible, swim near a lifeguard.
