CAMPING GUIDELINES

1. Each site rental includes 1 RV, 1 vehicle, and 2 adults per site. Additional charges will apply for extras.

2. All visitors and/or additional vehicles must be registered, and applicable fees are to be paid in the office. Any persons not following rules or persons with unacceptable behavior will be asked to leave.

3. All vehicles must be street legal and operable. No vehicle repairs are allowed on the property. All vehicles must display our RV Parking pass.

4. Keep your site clean and free of debris at all times. A trash receptacle is provided for household trash only. You are responsible for securing and storing approved outdoor items. Site must be kept clean and free of debris and clutter at all times.

5. Water hoses and electric plugs must be in good, safe condition.

6. Restrooms and showers are provided for our guests only.

7. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. No generators. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

8. Any damages to Mission City RV Park will be the financial responsibility of the guest.

9. Check out time is 11:00 am sharp. If you wish to stay additional nights, please inform and pay at the office.

10. No washing of RVs or vehicles without management permission. RV must be kept clean and presentable during your stay. Notice may be given when wash is required.

11. Proper sewer connections are required for all our guests, and proper sewer cradles are required for all long term guests.

12. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

POOL GUIDELINES

• Use of the swimming pool is limited to registered guests and their visitors during the posted hours of operations.

• No lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk.

• No running or roughhousing in the pool area.

• No glass containers or food allowed in pool or by the edge.

• Patio/deck is slippery when wet, use caution.

• Rinse shower is provided for before or after pool use.

• Anyone 16 and under must be supervised by an adult. No exceptions!

• Pool restroom is located in the pool area.

• Be courteous to others. Clean up after yourselves.

• No jumping or diving allowed.

• No baby diapers are allowed in the pools. Little swimmers or other appropriate swimwear must be worn.

• Anyone under the influence will be asked to leave.

• No pants, shorts or cutoffs. Only proper swimming attire is permitted in the pool.

• 911 phone located in the pool area.

PET ETIQUETTE

We reserve the right to ask the guest(s) and/or pet(s) to leave the park, without refund, for any violations to our pet policy.

Pick up YOUR pet’s POOP!!

Dog park on premises & pet waste stations throughout the park.

All pets must be leashed (maximum 6-foot leash) at all times & under control of the handler at all times.

Pets not allowed in pool area, office, restrooms or laundry room.

Maximum of 2 pets per site, unless authorized by management.

No aggressive breeds allowed, contact office for list of breeds. Aggressive behavior and/or excessive barking will not be tolerated. Vaccinations must be current and you must be able to provide to park staff upon request. Do not leave your pet outside unattended which includes pet being tethered, kenneled or pet pen.

San Antonio River Walk

Stroll the lush riverside paths lined with towering cypress trees, restaurants, hotels, shops, museums, and recreation spots.

The Alamo

It was the site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, where American folk heroes James Bowie and Davy Crockett died.

The only UNESCO declared World Heritage Sites in Texas.

World Famous Market Square

Over 100 locally owned shops. Largest Mexican market north of the border. Where the culture of San Antonio comes ALIVE!

Brackenridge Park

Site of the famous San Antonio Zoo, Japanese Tea Garden, Jingu House Cafe, Miniature train that goes throughout the park, and much much more.

San Antonio Museum of Art

A cultural gem that’s not to be missed.

San Fernando Cathedral

Built in 1731. Oldest cathedral in Texas and one of the oldest in the nation. From its tower, Santa Ana raised the red flag signifying “No Quarter” to be given to the defenders of the Alamo. Inside, see the tomb of Davey Crockett, Travis Smith and Jim Bowie.
