Motorcoach Country Club accommodates Class A Motorhomes (30’-45’). Located in the famous Palm Springs resort area just east of La Quinta and Indian Wells lives another resort community known for its breathtaking beauty, offering majestic views in every direction. RENTAL GUEST REGISTRATION AND CHECK-OUT
• All guests must register at the Front Office.
• Reregister between 10 am and 11 am — if space is available.
• CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11 am and is strictly enforced. Any guest not vacating their site by this time will be charged an additional day rental.
VISITOR PARKING
• Visitor parking spaces are located by the Yacht Club building and Clubhouse. No street parking.
GENERAL RULES
• Quiet time is between 10 pm and 7 am
• One RV Per Lot. No TRAILERS OR TOW DOLLY.
• No tents or sleeping outside. No freestanding shade structures.
• Do Not pull forward past edge of concrete along golf course or lake.
• Do Not back in past edge of concrete.
• Slide-outs and awnings must not extend over edge of concrete pad when fully extended.
• No firearms, lethal weapons or fireworks.
• No clotheslines or hanging clothes outside permitted.
• No signs of any kind on or in the RV, car, or on the lot.
• No glass containers at pool or spa.
• No open fires. Fireplaces and firepits may only be fueled by natural gas or propane.
• Owners’ barbecues, light fixtures and patio furniture should not be uncovered or used by rental guests unless you have rented an upgraded lot.
• Please see that all personal belongings such as bicycles and other portable items are secured.
• No freestanding satellite dishes.
• No swimming or pets in waterways.
VEHICLES
• Speed limit is 12 mph (for all vehicles!!!)
• Bikes/golf carts require headlights and reflectors if used at night.
• Driver’s license required to drive golf carts.
• Off-road vehicles prohibited.
• Skateboards are prohibited.
• Park vehicles on assigned lot only.
PERSONS AGE 14 AND UNDER
• Must have adult supervision while using pool and golf course.
• Are not allowed in the health spa.
NOTE: All lots are privately owned. Please respect your neighbors’ privacy and property. Do not cut across lots without permission of lot owner or occupant. We apologize if we must ask you to move to another lot due to the sale of the lot.

ATTENDING PETS - Pets may not run free at any time and must be kept on a 6‑foot leash whenever they are outside the coach.
Pet owners shall not allow pets to continue making noises (e.g. barking) that create a disturbance or nuisance to the neighbors.
• Animal control officers will pick up all pets running free.
• Pets are not to be left unattended outside. Pets must be kept inside your coach after 10:00 pm
• Pets are not permitted in any buildings, pool areas, Golf Course, waterways, or within the Resort Plaza area.
• Keep pets off plants, shrubs and your neighbor’s lot.
GENERAL RULES - No dog pens of any kind are allowed.
PET RULES
• You must immediately pick up waste and add water to green areas urinated on.
• Aggressive behavior by your pet could result in termination of your pet’s stay.
• No more than two (2) pets are allowed on a lot at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone that management feels has a pet not suitable for our Resort.
WALKING DOGS INSIDE THE RESORT
- All lots are off limits to pets (with the exception of your dog on your lot). You are encouraged to have your pet eliminate on your lot. When walking your dogs along the street, do not allow them on the front portion of other lots. There are “elimination areas” with pet waste bags and trash cans located throughout the Resort. Please ask staff for a copy of the Pet Convenience Station Map.
If you desire to let your pet run freely without a leash, please visit our MCC pet park, located just outside the front gate at our entrance. We have a small dog area and a large dog area.
NOTICE - When a pet owner is observed violating the above rules, a warning will be issued. If observed a second time, the pet owner may be required to leave the Resort.
