Park Guidelines
1. Check-out time is 11 AM. The management reserves the right to terminate occupancy for nonpayment of rent or other cause and remove the unit at owner’s expense.
2 No unnecessary noise or disturbance will be tolerated in the park. Quiet hours are 10 PM until 8 AM. Outside lights must be turned off at night.
3. The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Please observe this limit at all times.
4. Violations of laws and ordinances of the state or municipality shall be deemed sufficient cause for immediate termination of occupancy.
5. Each guest is responsible for their own recreational vehicle hookups to utilities. Electrical, water and sewer services shall not be tampered with. Only one electrical hookup from each unit into the service. Adapters must be supplied at owner’s expense. NO ELECTRIC HEATERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.
6. Only one camping unit and one vehicle allowed per space. Any unauthorized vehicles in the park will be towed away at owner’s expense.
7. Bathrooms are provided for registered guests only. Please keep them clean and treat them as your own. Do NOT use hair dye in the bathrooms.
8. The laundromat is provided for your convenience. Please keep it clean and orderly. No washing of dishes or cooking utensils is permitted in the laundromat or restrooms. Only open till 9 PM.
9. Each guest must maintain their space in a clean and orderly manner. Garbage & trash, only household allowed, must be placed into the dumpsters provided. No large items in the dumpster!
10. Please take care of your children at all times. Children under 10 must be accompanied to the restrooms and laundry buildings.
11. Pets are welcome subject to the following conditions:
a. Must be controlled on short leash at all times when outside.
b. Please use dog walk area. Pet waste must be picked up or you will be asked to leave.
c. Dogs are not to be left outside unattended.
d. Pets are not allowed in restrooms/laundry building.
12. Do not trespass into surrounding trees, they are not our property! If there are any questions regarding these rules please feel free to ask the manager.
13. NO VEHICLE WASHING. NO FISH CLEANING. NO EV CHARGING. The Park is on a well system and water conservation is necessary. NO OIL CHANGING.
