Almost everyone who has seen the Cabot Trail longs to come back. That’s a fact. Your trip around the Cabot Trail will be memorable. That’s a promise. The Trail is a loop which can be travelled in either direction. If you go clockwise, you can stop at the Cheticamp Visitor Center and see the slide show. Before the road was paved, it was suggested that you travel clockwise to put your vehicle on the inside. Not so now, you can choose whichever way. There are artisans along the way that invite you to stop and view their wares. Take your time and enjoy. There is a Ferry at Englishtown to put you on or off the trail with a savings of about 40km. There is a small charge for the ferry. Make sure your camera is charged and media card empty.

CAPE BRETON HIGHLANDS NATIONAL PARK

The CBHNP encompasses 950 Square km with Hiking for all levels on their 26 trails. The Cabot Trail weaves in and out of the Park.

Onboard, the tour is hosted by professional guides and researchers. Ask at the KOA office for your reservation. Whales guaranteed in season.
