Convenience Store
Inside the Clubhouse you’ll find the Cabana Marketplace. We carry souvenirs, RV supplies, and all your basic food supplies from eggs to ice cream and everything in between. Now selling beer and wine.
Event Facilities
Planning a wedding or family reunion? The Resort boasts a Wedding Garden complete with outdoor gazebo. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 260 people. The Hollywood Room provides the same ambiance for smaller groups.
Recycling
The Oasis is now recycling. Please take your recycling products to the blue recycling bins at all of our comfort stations and at the guard shack. We accept paper, plastic, cardboard, aluminum and metal. NO GLASS ITEMS OR STYROFOAM.
Expecting a Visitor?
Visitors are welcome at the Oasis. When your guests arrive, they need to give the Security Guard your name and site number. Security will issue your guests a green visitor’s tag. Visitors must park in approved parking spaces only and cannot park in the street, on grassy areas, or in vacant sites.

Security is available 24 hours a day. Please contact the Front Desk if you need assistance. After hours, Security can be reached at 702-210-6688
Clubhouse Hours
The Clubhouse opens daily at 7am, and closes at 10pm.
Restaurant
Our restaurant offers a casual atmosphere and a variety of appetizing food. Breakfast specials, sandwiches, pizza, and an array of dinner items are on the menu. Café phone number is 702-260-2071.
Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are located in each comfort station and are open 24/7. Change and laundry supplies are available in the Cabana Marketplace, or use the APP.
Propane
Propane is available 7 days a week for all removable tanks and Class A, B and C motorhomes. Propane is dispensed from 11am to 11:30am and again at 6pm to 6:30pm.
Our pumping station is located in the South storage yard located between sites #657 and #660. Propane should be paid at the Front Desk within a half hour of receiving.
Pedestrian Gate Key:
Available in the store for a $25 refundable deposit. If you have children in school, there is no charge for the key.
Pools and Hot Tub
Pools are opened daily from 8am to 11pm. The family pool has a sandy beach area. The Adults Only Hot Tub is located next to our adult pool. The gate combination for entrance into both pools is 13. There is No Lifeguard on Duty — swim at your own risk. There is an emergency phone located near the outdoor showers at the family pool. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Business Services
Copy and fax services are available at the Front Desk between 8:00am to 9:00pm. Our fax number is 702-263-5160.
Business Center
Our business center is equipped with two computers for internet browsing, as well as a scanner for your document needs.
Postage is available in the Cabana Marketplace. There you will find a slot for outgoing mail. If you are staying 30 days or more and will be forwarding your mail here, then you will be required to purchase a mailbox. Please see the Front Desk for instructions on closing your mailbox upon check out.
Computer Hookup
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the Resort. Contact the Front Desk for the password.
Need RV Service?
We want our guests to have access to services needed for the on-going maintenance and comfort desired for a carefree stay in our resort. Should you need service:
• You may contact any of the vendors in this Guest Service Brochure. All vendors listed in the brochure are approved.
• If what you need is not available in the brochure, you may contact any vendor you choose. HOWEVER before you call the vendor, contact the Front Desk (702)260-2001 to see if the vendor you have chosen is allowed on property.
• Power issues? Please call Front Desk for service before calling a vendor.
• If the Front Desk advises you that a certain vendor is not allowed on property, please select another vendor. On occasion, the Oasis will deny admittance to vendors if they have a past practice of subpar performance or numerous complaints.
The Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort is not responsible or liable for any injury to persons, damage to property, or any claims as a result of any loss suffered on or about the Oasis Resort premises as a result of any act or work performed by any vendor or its employees under express or implied invitation by residents or guests of the Resort. Vendors, or person(s) acting as an independent vendor whether authorized or not, are solely responsible for the conduct of all business with guests.
