Children: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Young children must be accompanied by an adult while using our facilities. Visitors: All visitors must register at the ofﬁce. Visitors staying overnight will be charged. Check-out Time: Check-out time is Noon. All guests not off site by check-out time will be charged. The management reserves the right to remove from the site (at the owners expense) the RV of any guest failing to pay site rental. Alcohol and Drugs: The use of illegal drugs will not be tolerated in this park. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only at a campsite or other accepted areas. Open drunkenness is never permitted. Please don’t use profanity. Messages: Emergency messages will be delivered to your site. All others must be picked up at the ofﬁce. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Playground closes at 10:00 pm. Carpets: Carpets or any kind of ground cover are not permitted to remain on grassy areas. (They kill the grass). Clotheslines: Clotheslines or any articles placed outside for drying will not be permitted. Our laundries are open 24 hours. Vandalism: All acts of vandalism will be prosecuted. Sewer Connections: A rubber donut must be used at all sewer connections. Please replace sewer cap when leaving. Trees: Trees are for your enjoyment. No climbing, cutting or other abuse. Pets: Pets permitted at management’s discretion. One pet per site - unless approved by management. Pets are not permitted to be tied outside RV. Pets must be walked on leash in designated areas only. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. No exotic pets. Pets are not permitted in cabins. Converted Buses: All converted buses must be approved by management before registering. Swimming Pool: No lifeguard is ever on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Suntan “oil” is not permitted – use suntan “lotions” only. No swimming in “street clothes” – bathing suits only. Pool rules posted poolside. Driving Safety: SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH. Because this is a family resort, please watch out for children and drive safely. Mini Bikes/Motorcycles/ Bicycles/Skateboards: No bicycle riding after dark without lights. No skateboarding allowed. Mini bikes and motorcycles may be used on paved streets for ingress and egress to and from the park, by licensed drivers only. Day Trips if Checking Out: If you are going to Walt Disney World or other attractions, but not camping with us that night, you must take your RV. Most attractions have parking areas for your RV. Washing of vehicles not permitted on site. The management reserves the right to evict anyone for infractions of rules or offensive behavior. Management reserves the right to add to these rules at any time.
