“Good Neighbor” Policies
• Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am
• No Smoking in common areas including pool, and cafe
• No wood burning fires. Propane only.
• 15 mph for all vehicles including golf carts and bicycles
• Bikes are not allowed in pool areas or on tiled floor around clubhouse
• Observe your neighbors’ right to a “quiet environment” including:
- TV & Stereo volume level
- Control Dogs barking
- Parties & Guests Noise Volume
• Monday-Saturday. Have trash placed at front of lot by 9 am daily for pickup.
· To receive mail or parcel delivery, use 80394 Ave 48, Lot #, Indio, CA 92201
· Mailroom located in main
Responsible “Pet Owner” Policies
• Dogs need to be on a leash at all times
• When leaving pets unattended in coach, ensure they are secured and barking is controlled.
• Use designated pet relief areas only along perimeter (see map below).
• Pick up after your pet at all times. Pet relief trash cans provided
• Pet Free Areas: All common areas including the cafe, golf course, pickleball & tennis courts, clubhouse, laundry, office, and mail room
Welcome Families
children under 14 must be accompanied by adult on course, pickleball & tennis courts, fitness center, pool.
cart drivers need to have a valid driver’s license.
allow your children or pets to play on golf course.
Guest Policies
Register guests at the office.
Renters have unlimited use of amenities and may accompany up to 4 guests per month for golf, pickleball, tennis courts.

• Check out is 11 am prompt
• Stop by office to discuss extending your stay
• Complete Departure Checklist thoroughly
• Cleaning deposit will be refunded after the lot has been inspected
