Welcome to Outdoor Resort Palm Springs, the Ultimate RV Resort & Country Club! In order to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we ask guests to respect one another by adhering to the following policies and procedures. ■■ orps general rules: ORPS is a community of privately owned lots. Some are available for lease when not occupied by the owners. All lots are privately owned, and rules and regulations are strictly enforced. Non-compliance will result in termination of rental agreement and expulsion from the resort with possible liability exposure and forfeiture of rents and fees.

■■ Parking: Renter/visitor passes must be clearly visible at all times in the windshield of the vehicle. The maximum number of vehicles permitted on the site is four (4), including the RV. Parking on the street is not permitted. Regarding overnight parking, see security. Parking on surrounding lots is not permitted. Utility trailers are not permitted. Resort Security: 760-770-0065

■■ Swimming pools & spas: We have 8 swimming pools on the property for your enjoyment. Diapered persons may only use the wading pool at El Saguaro clubhouse. The resort reserves the right to close the pool area for organized activities. Children under the age of 14 should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision.

■■ rentals: Tent trailers, truck campers, van conversions and Class B motor homes are not permitted. ■■ Advertising: No signs, including for sale, may be displayed on or in any vehicle by renters/ guests. Advertising on any vehicle is prohibited. ■■ Check-in/out: Check-in time is 12:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early arrivals and late departures may be available upon request and subject to additional fees. ■■ Visitors: All visitors, guests and vendors must have a pass to enter the resort. Visitor and guest passes are processed through the rental office during business hours. After business hours, please contact the security gate. ■■ Pets: Pets must be registered with the rental office. There is a fee of $1 per day for each pet. No more than 2 pets are permitted on the lot. Please be a responsible pet owner.

■■ Site appearance: Guests agree to keep the site in a clean, neat and orderly fashion at all times. ■■ Tent Camping: Sleeping outside in tents, sleeping bags, cars or vans is not permitted at any time. No more than 6 persons are allowed to remain overnight on a lot. Screened rooms and pop out awnings are not permitted. ■■ Quiet time: Quiet hours in the resort are to be observed between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please no excessive noise at any time. ■■ Barbecues: Charcoal or propane barbecues, propane heaters and propane fire pits are permitted. No wood or wood product fires permitted.

resort services ■■ postal facilities: Located in both clubhouses, mail can be picked up between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday (during season). Mail may be deposited at any time. (Renters, please include your lot number when giving your address.) ■■ fax services: A fax machine is located at the convenience store for your convenience. ORPS fax number: 760-328-0358 ■■ worship service: During our main season, we invite you to join us for our 9:00 am Sunday nondenominational services held at La Palma Clubhouse.

■■ laundry facilities: Available at the main laundry and each satellite area. Coin-op facilities are available at satellite B. All other locations require a “smart card” for use. Smart cards may be purchased at the main laundry, convenience store and the accounting department. Clotheslines or clothes drying racks are not permitted outside on any lot. Clothes, towels, bathing suits etc. cannot be hung anywhere outside the lot. ■■ Convenience store: Open 7 days a week from mid-October to the end of April. Specific hours are posted at the store. Carries a selection of beverages, groceries, sundries, clothing and RV supplies. We gladly special order RV parts and supplies.

■■ Trash services: Trash pick-up is Mon., Wed., Fri., Sat. & Sun. Please use plastic bags, tie securely and place ■■ La Palma Café: Open for breakfast and lunch curbside on the lot you are occupying by 7:00 am. Please 7 days a week each season mid-October to mid-April. Specific hours are posted at the café. do not leave trash out overnight.

1. Guests may obtain tee times at the Starter’s Shack (760-328-3834 ext 280) during the season (early November to mid-May). During the summer season guests are required to check in and pay fees to Resort Security at the front gate. 2. Course Fees: $25 (Twilight Rate: $12). Summer Rate: $10. 3. Acceptable Attire: Men — shirts with sleeves and collars, shorts no shorter than mid-thigh; Women — shirts must have either collar or sleeves, shorts no shorter than midthigh. Mock turtlenecks are allowed. Soft spikes only. Golf sandals acceptable. 4. All golfers must start at the #1 tee and check in with starter. Golfers only on the golf course. 5. All players on the course must demonstrate sufficient skill so as not to damage the course or disrupt the regular flow of play. 6. Each player must carry their own clubs. 7. The use of tees when teeing off is required to minimize damage to the tee boxes. 8. No lessons or practicing allowed. 9. Please repair all divots and ball marks. Rake bunker, leaving rakes in the bunker. 10. Retrieve only your own ball from lakes with single ball retriever. No rakes permitted. 11. Keep pull carts/power carts at least 30' from tees, greens, and bunkers. Golf carts are to use the 90 degree rule when crossing fairways. 12. Play “ready golf” keeping up with the flow of play. No more than one hole open in front of you. Request faster players to play through.

COURSE RULES

1. All lakes are played as lateral hazards. Use the nearest drop area no closer to the hole. One stroke penalty. 2. Ball in pump house enclosure on #12 or ball near enclosure declared unplayable — use the drop area in front of the lake. One stroke penalty. 3. Ball in flower bed — take relief plus one club length, no closer to the hole. No penalty. Ball lost in flower bed — one stroke penalty. 4. Ball hit onto or over a private lot is out of bounds. Drop within two club lengths of the point where the ball went out of bounds, no closer to the hole. One stroke penalty. 5. On holes #4 and #13 a ball across the road — use drop area on near side of the road. One stroke penalty. 6. Six (6) stroke maximum on any hole.
