1. Office hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, seven days a week, except Thanksgiving and Christmas. 2. No Cash Refunds. All authorized refunds will be mailed. 3. Manager on duty for emergencies after hours. 4. Check-out time is noon; pre-approved late checkouts are $3 an hour. After 3:00 pm the full daily rate will be charged. 5. Speed limit: 10 mph. 6. Quiet time: 10:00 pm till 7:00 am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time! 7. All trash must be bagged and put in dumpster. Do not leave it outside. 8. Parents are responsible for children— at all times. 9. The only acceptable clotheslines are those attached to the rear of the RV. 10. Absolutely no vehicle repair on site. 11. There is a charge for more than two people per site. 12. Vehicle washing must be approved by the office. 13. All of our buildings are smoke-free. 14. No boats allowed at site.

• Pets must be maintained on a leash at all times. • Owners must immediately clean up after pets. • Pets are not allowed in any buildings, restrooms or the pool area. • Pets are not to be left unattended outside of RVs.

• Adult supervision, 21 or over, required for children under 14. • Please abide by posted hours. • We are not responsible for accidents. • No running, diving or horseplay. • Pool for registered tennants only. • Only registered guests in the pool.

• Management has the right to limit the length of stay, and the number of persons and vehicles, per site. • Site occupancy is limited to one camping unit per site and one electric hookup per site. • RVs must be in good mechanical condition. • RVs must not be unsightly. • RV sites must be maintained in a clean, neat manner. • Padre Palms and the management are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles or any personal injury or damage from any cause.
