GENERAL INFORMATION & RULES

FROWNS are not allowed. If you feel compelled to bring one, leave it at the dump station and pick it up when you leave.

CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM (or later). (All sites must check in at the main offce.)

CHECKOUT: 11:00 AM

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your fellow campers. The music you enjoy and find tasteful may not be your neighbor’s favorite so please keep the volume low. All visitors must register at the office and leave the grounds by 10:00 PM.

NIGHTLY WATERING: All sites (RV, Trailer and Van Sites) have grass. Although our team of mad scientists are searching for grass that does not need water, they have not found it yet, so we must WATER THE GRASS. Please do not park vehicles, place tents, mats, coverings, etc. on the grass. Palisade Basecamp is not responsible for any water impact that may occur to personal items that are left out overnight.

YOUR SITE & ETIQUETTE: A campsite is just like your home’s yard. Don’t walk through others’ camping space, and coach your kids to do the same. Do not park your vehicles, bikes or ATVs on the grass or on a vacant site. Overflow parking exists at the park entrance.

SWIMMING POOL: Pool hours vary seasonally and are posted so check with Palisade Basecamp staff. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Complete set of pool rules and regulations are available at the office.

RESTRICTIONS: No fireworks, frowns, disorderly conduct, or other methods of inhibiting the good times of others. Those who deface, injure or destroy resort property/equipment or whose children, pets or guests do so, will be held liable for the full cost of damages.

PETS: Pets are welcome at the resort as long as each pet is accompanied by a six foot leash and an owner who cleans up after it. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms, showers, laundry, pool, or play area.

PARKING: Please be cautious of the sprinkler heads when parking in your site. If your vehicle does not fit in your site along with your RV, you are welcome to park it in overflow parking for free, located next to the peach orchard at the entrance of the resort. Please do not park sideways in your site or on the lawn.

GARBAGE: Some unlucky person in your party will have to take the garbage to the dumpster. If you are traveling alone, it’s you. Please be sure to bag all trash (including cigarette butts) and dispose of it in the dumpsters found near the registration office.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, we ask that you follow our rules and be considerate of your neighbors. They are on vacation too.
