• Early check-in/Late check-out needs to be approved by management and may incur a small fee.

• Speed Limit is 5 MPH at all times

• Vehicles: All vehicles entering park must have valid tags and insurance.

• Golf Carts: Electric only allowed, insured, and driven by licensed drivers only.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00AM

• Visitors: All visitors must register at the office and obtain a visitor car tag. Overnight visitors must be registered by the camping guest and the fee paid and then they will be issued a car tag.

• Pool: Our pool and hot tub are for the use of camping guests only. Visitors may not utilize either. Please obey all pool rules and swim at your own risk. No glass, no street clothes, no unattended children, no pets.

• Dogs: Must be kept on a 6’ nonretractable leash at all times unless in your camper or in the dog park. Owners must pick up their pet’s waste, those observed not picking up their pet’s waste will be subject to a $100 fine and/or ejection from the park. Please do not leave your pet unattended if out of the park.

• Please do not use unoccupied sites to walk your dog, the dog park is near the laundry.

• Sewer hose: Shall not be laid across the ground, please use a support.

• Parking: Please park in your site’s space or the parking lot up front. Space permitting, two vehicles and one camping unit per site. No boats or extra trailers to be on sites.

• Boat and trailer parking is up front at either boat parking or in the parking lot.

• Working on or Washing vehicles is not permitted.

• Generators not permitted.

• Trash: We’ll pick it up from the back side of your site if out by 10:30 am. Please deposit anything that must go in a hurry into the green dumpster behind the privacy fence near the propane tank.

• Respect other sites, even when unoccupied. Please do not drive through sites, we have paved roads, please use them.

• Practice good camper etiquette at all times.

• Firewood: Please do not bring outside firewood into the park.

Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Perry KOA Holiday is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage to persons or property.
