Your Essential Guide for a Successful Stay

Welcome to the Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA Holiday! We’ve assembled information in this guide for you; including a map of our KOA, a list of TV channels, the after hours emergency number, our texting number, local places for you to visit and guidelines to utilize for an enjoyable stay. “Our staff is dedicated and work hard to make your visit to our KOA the best camping experience ever,” says General Manager Lee Wheeler. Please check the bulletin boards around the park for upcoming activities and notices. TEXT MESSAGING/CHANNEL 3 on our cable TV system is utilized to keep you updated with current specials, campground information, emergency notices and other items pertinent to your stay.

• Check-out: Checkout time is 11am. Guests are subject to additional fee(s) or towing if campground property is not vacated promptly at 11am.

• Visitors: All visitors are required to register at the main office and pay the daily fee(s) for each person visiting and their vehicle. Failure to register guest(s) will result in additional fees charged to your account. All visitors must vacate the park by 9:00pm.

• Pool: NO lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult. Children between the ages of 13 and 17 cannot use the pool alone. Unsupervised or disruptive children will be banned from the pool area. Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day.

• Hot Tub: For use by adults 18 and older. NO EXCEPTIONS! Hot Tub is open Memorial Day-Labor Day.

• Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am in accordance with the City of Leavenworth. Please be courteous and help us keep our park quiet. Noise complaints or after-hours assistance should be directed to 509.423.2115.

• Soliciting: No soliciting of any kind allowed.

• Speed Limit and Traffic Flow: All streets are clearly marked by direcitional arrows and speed limit of 5 MPH for all types of motorized and non-motorized vehicles including bikes and scooters.

• Pets: Must be on a visible, 6 ft. leash at all times. Pets must be picked up after. Barking or aggressive pets are not permitted and will be asked to leave at the discretion of management.

• Hammocks: Are permitted on the site you are registered on only if the trees allow. Hammocks found in random areas will be removed by management.

• Generators: Due to the high risk of fires, portable generators of any kind are prohibited.

• Fires: Permitted in fire pits provided at your site if burn bans are not in place and must be attended at all times. Large fires, burning of ground rubble and tree branches are prohibited. Any fire may be put out at management’s discretion. Removal of fire pits from designated spot will result in a fine charged to your site.

• RV/Car Washing/Mechanical Work: Strictly prohibited.

• ATV/UTV/Golf Carts/Motorcycles: Must be street legal and registered at the office.

• Electric Vehicles: Our pedestals/outlets are not designed to charge EVs. Plugging your EV into one of our pedestals/outlets could result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You are responsible for any damage incurred and you will be charged for plugging your EV into our electrical system. EV stations are located throughout the City of Leavenworth for your convenience.

• Sewer System: Our sewer system is not designed to handle the flushing of wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or diapers. Please dispose of these items in the garbage.

• Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. Unsupervised children will be escorted to their site by KOA staff.

• Parking: Due to limited space, a 2 vehicle maximum is in effect. No parking on grass or in the road where traffic may be blocked. No parking between cabins, on service roads, or open spaces not designated for parking. DO NOT PARK IN VACANT SITES. Improperly parked or unregistered vehicles are subject to towing. Unregistered vehicles will be charged a fee to your site.

• Trash: Please keep your site and the campground clean. Place your trash in tied plastic bags in front of your site between 9am and dusk for pickup. Do not leave trash out overnight.

• Wildlife: We are located in a mountainous region with wildlife, including deer, bears raccoons, skunks, squirrels, turkeys, and teenagers. Cougars may be present on our facility at any given time. Please keep your site clean of excessive trash, secure items left on tables and around your site, including alcohol, coolers and bikes at all times to minimize the risk of attracting unwanted or unexpected nightly guests. Keep kids and pets close.

• River Access: Access to the river is permitted if you are a registered guest. Fishing is not permitted!

• Management reserves the right to refuse service at any time. If you have a problem during your stay, please let us know and we will work diligently to correct issues as we are able. Guests who are continually uncooperative will be escorted off property.

• To ensure all guests enjoy their stay, please be courteous to your neighbors by observing quiet hours, campground etiquette, and a mutual respect for campground rules and KOA Staff and Management.
