Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 noon.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Excessive noise of any kind is not allowed.
FIRES: NO CAMPFIRES are allowed. Propane grills only. No Charcoal or Wood Fires. Pellets are O.K.
SPEED LIMIT: 10 MILES PER HOUR WITHIN THE RESORT. ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT SPEED BUMPS. OBEY STOP SIGNS!
BADGES: YOU MUST WEAR A BADGE! Pick up at Office. Please return badges upon departure.
NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND ALL PARK FACILITIES AND COMMON AREAS.
VEHICLES: All vehicles must use the streets provided. Shortcuts across spaces are not permitted. Repair charges will be made to individuals when damage occurs. Noisy vehicles must adhere to our Quiet Hours. Maximum of two vehicles allowed per lot. PARK ON YOUR OWN SITE. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. No major vehicle repair work permitted on your space. No parking of commercial vehicles.
GARBAGE SERVICE: Pick up is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All trash and garbage must be in plastic bags, securely closed. Put trash in Dumpsters.
LAUNDRY: Hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. Please do not start laundry after 7:00 pm. Keep laundry room and machines clean for the next user. No washing, cutting or dyeing of hair allowed in the laundry room.
SWIMMING: Pool hours are 8:00 am to 9:00 pm sharp. It is mandatory that you wear swimming suits and shower before using either of the pools. Only registered guests with badges may use the pools. No lifeguard is on duty. Cutoffs, alcoholic beverages, glass containers and ice chests are not permitted.
CHILD GUESTS: Children under three are not allowed in the pool. Pool hours for children are from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. They must have adult supervision. The therapeutic pool is for the use of Adults Only. Do not enter the laundry room, or any other buildings, with your wet bathing suit on.
VISITORS: Visitors are welcome. However, to assure security to our registered guests, they must check in at the Office. Rates are based on two people per unit.
PROPANE: Is delivered to site. Check with Resort Office for delivery times.
PETS: AGGRESSIVE BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Inquire with office. If you have a pet, you must fill out a registration card. PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A SIX-FOOT LEASH AT ALL TIMES. NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES. DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED. All loose pets will be turned over to the Phoenix Animal Control. Exercise and RELIEVE YOUR PETS WHEN POSSIBLE AT THE DOGGIE RUNS or outside the Park at least 100 feet from the Park entrance. En route, carry a container and clean up after your pet. Barking dogs will not be allowed when they disturb other tenants.
WARNING: Please be careful. You are in the desert. When out walking or walking your pet, please watch where you are walking. There are rattlesnakes, scorpions and other critters. WHEN WALKING AT NIGHT, PLEASE CARRY A FLASHLIGHT. Do not feed the wild animals; they are dangerous. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUTSIDE.
Owners/Managers are not responsible for accidents or loss of property.
RV Utility Connections
- Sewer Connections must be elevated off ground, properly secured, and sloped to provide drainage. Products like Swinkie, Sidewinder, etc. are acceptable to use. NO DIY Creations.
- Fresh Water Hoses must be NSF Certified Drinking Water Hoses.
- Electric Breakers are in OFF POSITION when connecting or Disconnecting your RV from the Power Pedestal.
