The natural landscape of this KOA reflects the beautiful geography of the area. This shady, peaceful campground is nestled among cedars, oaks and pines at an elevation of 3,900 feet. Nearby Lassen Volcanic National Park, McArthur-Burney Falls Memorial State Park and Lake Shasta are among the numerous opportunities for sightseeing, hiking, stargazing and photography.

1. Please be considerate, do not walk through other campsites.

2. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am.

3. No barking dogs - please respect your neighbor by keeping your dogs quiet.

4. Please keep any outdoor music or TV volumes low. If it can be heard by your neighbor, it is too loud.

5. For safety reasons, no riding bikes, roller skates, skateboards, peddle carts, scooters, etc. on the blacktop or within the camping area.

6. The playground, pool and lawn areas close at dusk.

GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.

QUIET TIME: In consideration of all guests the 10:00 pm to 8:00 am quiet time is strictly enforced. Multiple visits by management may result in a $50 fine or you may be asked to leave. If they can be heard by your neighbors it is probably too loud. The playground, pool and lawn areas close at dusk.

CAMPFIRES: For fire safety reasons, natural wood fires are not allowed. Propane and Sis-Q Logs are available in the Camp Store and are only allowed in the provided fire pits.  Do not use fallen timber, underbrush, or paper to start fires.  Fire Starters are available in the Camp Store.  Never leave fires unattended and fully extinguish before retiring for the evening or leaving campsite.

PARENTS: Parents are responsible for children and must assume full financial responsibility for any damage caused by them. Children must be supervised at all times.

RESTROOMS: Children under 7 years of age must be accompanied by a parent to use the restroom and children under 12 to use the shower.

CABINS AND LODGES ARE LIGHT

HOUSEKEEPING: Please clean Cabins and Lodges before leaving. Please wash dishes and empty trash. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cleaning charge.

VISITORS: All visitors must check in at the office upon arrival to receive a visitors pass.

DAMAGED OR LOSS OF PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any damage or loss of property while on the premises.

EXTRA VEHICLES: One vehicle per site. Please check with office for extra parking availability.

BIKES/ROLLER SKATES/SKATEBOARDS/ PEDDLE CARTS/SCOOTERS: No riding bikes, roller skates, skateboards, peddle carts, scooters, etc. on the black top or within the camping area.

PETS: Maximum 3 dogs per site. Pets must be kept on a 6 foot leash at all times and are NOT to be left UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. Please walk your dogs in the appropriate dog walk areas. They may be off leash only in our K-9 park area. Dogs are not allowed on playgrounds, in buildings or in the swimming pool area. Please pick up after your dog. All dogs must be kept under control and quiet at all times. No barking dogs - please respect your neighbors by keeping your dog(s) quiet. Aggressive dogs are not welcome. Dog owners are liable for any damage or injury their dog(s) may cause.

POOL: NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY! Use the pool at your own risk. CHILDREN UNDER 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT TO SWIM. Proper swim attire is required, including swim diapers for infants.

SEWER CONNECTIONS: Regulations require an air-tight seal on our sewer lines, such as a rubber donut or a screw on elbow. (Parts are available in the store.)

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE TENANCY OF ANY SITE DUE TO CAMPGROUND RULE VIOLATIONS OR ANY OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES MEMORIAL DAY – LABOR DAY: Friday Night at the Movies on Lawn, Start Times Vary (Dusk): Saturday Pancake Breakfast at Pavilion 8:30 am to 9:30 am; Sunday Sundaes on Lawn 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
