We do not allow vehicles to be worked on in the park. If your vehicle is leaking oil or any other fluid, we ask that you place a drip pan underneath.

Vehicle Repair & Maintenance: No lubrications, oil changes, fabrication, body work, painting, etc., on site, except by professional mobile repair companies authorized by the Park Office.

Sewer Hookups: Oregon state law requires that your sewer connection must be “watertight” and the hose must maintain a “positive downward slope” on a stand to the septic pipe. For sanitary reasons you need to use a “white water hose” for your drinking water.

Garbage Service: There are two sets of dumpsters and recycling bins in the park. Dispose of your household garbage only. Do not dispose of other garbage (construction debris, yard debris, oil, furniture, appliances) at the park dumpsters. This type of garbage will need to be taken by the resident to a local landfill and transfer station.

Summary: The management reserves the right to change these rules whenever it is determined to be in the best interest of the residents of the park. We further reserve the right to evict for violation of the above rules.

We have a no refund policy.

We hope you come back again soon!
