ADVERTISING AND/OR SOLICITING is not allowed in the Resort. Anyone wishing to place a message on the clubhouse bulletin board should contact the Resort Manager. CAMPSITES are assigned – one campsite only. Campsites cannot be saved. Checking in without an RV is not permitted. CHECK-OUT TIME is 11am. MAIL will be accepted for those members and campers only while they are in our park and must come via Priority USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All others must use General Delivery, Bullhead City, AZ 86430. The post office is located at 990 Hwy 95, Bullhead City. Hours are 10am to 2pm. OFF-ROAD & ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES may be ridden only from your campsite to the highway or off-road trails and back. Speed limit is 5 MPH. Motor vehicles must have a licensed operator. OIL CHANGING AND VEHICLE WASHING are not permitted. OUTSIDE CLOTHESLINES are not permitted. PARKING PASSES must be displayed on vehicle dash at all times. PETS are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets. Noisy and dangerous pets will not be tolerated. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or pool area. Pet pens are not allowed on site slab. POOL is open between 8am and 9pm. Children must be 14 years old or accompanied by an adult. Follow all rules posted in the pool area. No glass allowed in the pool area. PROPANE: Hours are; Summer 8:30am to 12pm, Winter 9am to 3pm. QUIET HOURS ARE: from 10pm to 8am. Resort-sponsored member activities may extend beyond posted quiet hours. SEWER CONNECTIONS must be airtight. The sewer hose must be above ground. Screw & clamp connectors are required. UNATTENDED VEHICLES: RVs may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours without prior management approval. If you are going to be gone overnight with or without your RV, let Registration know. WILDLIFE: Do not feed wildlife or stray animals. SITES are to be kept clean and orderly. Trash is to be placed in dumpsters. Only items pertaining to camping may be left outside your RV (i.e., outdoor furniture, coolers, barbecue grill). Appliances, indoor furniture, canopies, tents, storage units etc., are NOT ALLOWED outside your RV. GUEST LIMIT is 6 people per site. NO FIREWORKS OR FIRE PITS AT ANY TIME. Laundry Hours: 8am to 9pm.
