1. Office Hours: Monday – Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM
2. Check-out / Check-in: Check out 11 AM, Check in 12 noon; please stop at the office upon arrival.
3. Gates: Automatic — approach slowly. Closes at 11 PM, obtain code from the office if you will be out late. GATE CODE:
4. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. No Driving of golf carts.
5. Neighborly: Do not walk through sites unless invited, be considerate at all times.
12. Pets: Maximum – 2, must be well mannered, attended to and leashed at all times, cats may not run loose. Please, do not use extendable type leashes. Animal waste bags and cans are located throughout the resort, please pick up after your pets. Pets are not permitted in the public buildings, including the pool area. Pets should not be an annoyance (barking continually).
6. Visitors: Registered guests must advise the office of and pay appropriate fee for visitors.
7. Sites should be kept clean and tidy. One RV unit per site allowed. Storage trailers should be parked on your site — not impeding your neighbors or their views. Trailers in excess of 12 feet must go to the storage areas. Additional parking near boat ramps for boats.
Sewer connection requires a “donut” by Florida State law. Backflow preventers are installed on our water connections, as required by law. There will be a $10 charge for any backflow preventers removed or tampered with in any way.
Do not change sites without notifying the resort prior to moving.
8. Reservation Procedures: We will do our best to put you on the specific site if requested, however, long term guests will take precedence on site selection.
9. Florida Statutes: Guests must be in compliance with Chapter 513 and Chapter 83, Florida Statutes, in accordance with the duration of their tenancy.
10. Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid Driver’s License. At night vehicles must display lights. Speed limit is 5 MPH for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts, etc. No off road, unlicensed vehicles permitted (ATV, mini bikes, etc).
11. Golf Carts: Must be registered with the resort with proof of liability insurance. You must have a valid drivers license in your possession to drive a golf cart.
13. Pools/Spa: Open dawn to dusk or as otherwise posted by the Resort Manager. No lifeguards on duty. Pool furniture is first come first serve. Proper conduct and bathing attire is expected, guests who do not follow posted pool rules may be asked to leave. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all time. NO GLASS containers in the pool or pool deck. Persons must be 18 or older to use the spa.
14. Fireworks: Firecrackers, Fireworks and Firearms are not permitted in the Resort. Explosives of any kind are prohibited.
15. Campfires: Keep contained within the on-site fire ring. Never leave fires unattended.
16. Amenities: Please respect the courts and equipment and return the equipment when you are finished.
17. Laundry: Washers and dryers are available throughout the Resort. Clotheslines are not permitted.
18. Trash: Place at the end of your driveway between 9 AM and 11 AM for pick up. Please do not leave outside overnight; wildlife are in the area.
19. Propane: Available during office hours.
20. Lot Enhancements: Improvements to your site must be approved before any work commences.
21. Mail Procedures: Riverside provides a mailbox for each site for stays over 2 months. Mailbox keys will be provided at check in, please return the key prior to checking out.

22. Damage: We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and facilities of the Resort.
