RESORT POLICIES
Pets
1. All pet guardians must use a 6-foot or shorter leash at all times.
2. Something for waste removal must be with the pet at all times, and the waste must be put in a plastic bag and placed with your trash.
3. NO PETS are allowed in any rental cabin.
4. Vicious or barking dogs are not allowed in resort.
Children
1. Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
2. Children under 12 are not allowed in bathhouses, laundromat, club houses, pool, or store without a supervising adult.
Sites
1. Rent must be paid in advance.
2. All lot changes of any kind, including exterior trailer alterations, must be approved by the office.
3. Each site may contain 1 RV, 2 vehicles, and 1 golf cart or motorcycle.
4. Sites must be kept in a neat appearance at all times. Do not allow clutter to accumulate on patio.
5. No clotheslines are allowed.
6. Do not drive or park on concrete patios with the exception of ADA sites.
7. Open fires are forbidden. We have a fire ring behind the pavilion for our tenants’ use.
8. We do not allow washers, dryers, or refrigerators on our patios.
9. The office must be notified before listing your unit for sale.
10. Sheds must be purchased from the office, and all shed locations must be approved by the office.
11. All trees, plants, or lot changes of any kind must be approved by the office before work begins.
12. All boats and utility trailers must be stored in boat or utility storage.
13. No stationary watering devices are allowed.
14. No subletting.
15. All RVs must be parked within 1 foot of the concrete patio.
16. All RVs must be in good condition. RVs must be less than 10 years old or have management approval.
17. A/C window units are not permitted on RVs
Quiet Time
1. Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am 2. We do not allow loud or offensive noises or language at any time.
Check-out
1. Check-out time is 1:00 pm for RV sites.
Cafe On-Site
Pool
1. The pool has no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
2. Children 14 and under must be with a supervising adult.
3. All pool guests must be registered in the office and a paid guest of a resident.
Visitors
All overnight and pool guests must be registered at the time of arrival.
Garbage
1. Garbage must be put in PLASTIC BAGS at the road in front of your lot by 8:00 am for removal on Monday and Friday.
2. Please recycle paper, plastic, glass, and cans in provided recycling containers. Please do not put trash in recycling containers, for it contaminates the entire container and causes that container of recycling to be thrown in the trash.
3. We are not responsible for the disposal of tires, batteries and used oil.
4. You may be billed extra for large or oversize trash.
Mail & Messages
1. All mail and messages are placed in the mailbox at the office.
2. Urgent messages will be delivered only in the event of medical emergencies.
3. Private mailboxes are available inside the store.
4. Please include Site # on address when ordering packages, so UPS, FedEX, and Amazon will deliver to your site.
Miscellaneous
1. Bicycles ridden after dusk must have lights and reflectors.
2. Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the resort.
3. All electric golf carts must have a certificate of insurance on file, and be driven by licensed drivers.
4. No all-terrain vehicles or gas powered golf carts are allowed in resort.
5. Be sure to check your electrical plugs at least once a month so they do not become loose and overheat.
6. Road Runner Travel Resort (RRTR) reserves the right to evict anyone for non-compliance of the rules.
7. RRTR is not responsible for personal items.
8. Changes to RRTR electrical boxes are not allowed.
9. In case of emergency, dial 911.
10. If water goes out, please turn off your hose outside to prevent any possible overflow in your RV when water resumes.
11. If you contact an outside contractor for any work or service without contacting us first, you are responsible for the bill.
2. Check-out time is 10:00 am for our Cabins.
12. We require the use of brass fittings, not plastic, on the water hose hookup for any stays longer than a month.
Note: This is private property. Violation of any of these park policies or general antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in eviction. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and to refuse to register undesirable guests. Anything not covered by the policies and regulations will be left to the sole discretion of the management, and their decision will be final.
