Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay

We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay with us! If you need assistance or information, please come to the office. Our staff will be glad to help you. Please be considerate of your neighbors and the Park.

CHECK IN TIME - 1:00 pm (Earlier check-in may be available if site is open.)

CHECK OUT TIME - 12:00 Noon. No refunds for early departure or cancellations.

MAXIMUM SPEED - 7 mph at all times.

QUIET HOURS - 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

YOUR RV and VEHICLE MUST be parked on your site. ONE VEHICLE per site.

CAR TAG REQUIRED FOR ANY VEHICLE PARKED IN OVERFLOW PARKING. If you do not have a car tag, your vehicle may be towed.

NO DRIVING through empty sites.

NO CARPETS/RUGS on the grass.

NO SKATEBOARDS on walkways at or around the office building.

ALL RVs must have a sealed sewer connection on their sewer hose. NOTE we have VERY high water pressure and highly recommend a pressure regulator.

WINTER WARNING - All RV water hoses MUST be disconnected each night - the hose WILL FREEZE causing damage to our water hook-up and possibly your RV. You WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for any damage.

CHILDREN are not to be left without adult supervision.

NO GROUND FIRES are permitted.

TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON SITE. Do not put stakes into the ground due to underground utilities.

TRASH - Please bag all trash, close with a twist tie and place in dumpsters.

PETS - We welcome your pets, but all pets must remain on a leash with you on the other end at all times. PLEASE pick up after your pet. If you do not follow pet guidelines, you will be asked to leave.

LAUNDRY - Check with the office for hours of operation.

NO Clotheslines.

WASHING OF VEHICLES - fee charged - pay at the office.

NO MECHANICAL WORK of any kind without permission from management.

FIREARMS/FIREWORKS of any description are forbidden in the park.

SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED in any of our park buildings. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

VISITORS - You are responsible for all visitors to your site.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR EXCESSIVE DRINKING.

ROADRUNNER RV PARK and/or management is NOT responsible for any loss, damage or claims for damage to property or RVs due to nature, fire, theft, accident or any other causes.
