Our Campground’s Good Neighbor Policies and Guidelines

Our rules are for everyone’s benefit. Please review them with your camping family and group.

Check-In: 3 pm

Check-Out: 1 pm campsites. 12 NooN for rentals. There is an early arrival fee of $10 from 1 pm - 3 pm and a late check-out fee. Check-Ins before 1 pm are subject to ½ day rate as are Check-Outs after 3 pm.

Quiet Hours: are between 11 pm – 8 am. Music should be played for your entertainment ONLY, not your neighbor’s. Bright Patio Lights should be dimmed or turned off by 11 pm

Store/Office Hours: are posted on the office/store door.

Refunds: will not be given due to discomforts of nature or early departures. No refund will be given if you or your guests are asked to leave.

State Law: No draining of wastewater onto ground, including shower and sink water (Gray or Black Tank). Use the dump station for trailers and porta-potties. Seals must be used on all sewer connections.

Alcoholic Beverages: are permitted at campsites and at activities in hall and pavilion only. They must be in a covered container. No kegs permitted. Disorderly conduct, loud or profane language will not be permitted. Legal drinking age is still 21, even on private property.

Bicycles: are not permitted to be ridden from Dusk to Dawn. This also applies to scooters, skates, rollerblades, and skateboards. State Law requires helmets.

Electric Bikes: Must be 16 years of age to ride Electric Bikes per State Law.

Campsite: We allow ONE family consisting of 2 adults and up to 4 of their children and ONE camping unit per site.

Car/Rig Washing: is not permitted.

Children: Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. Children 10yrs and under must be accompanied to the bathhouse and pond areas. ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE BACK AT CAMPSITE BY 10:00 pm.

Clotheslines: are not permitted on any campsite. Folding racks may be used.

Fires: must be contained in fire rings and kept small at all times. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED. Extinguish all fires before retiring or leaving. DO NOT MOVE FIRE RINGS!

Firearms/Fireworks: are not permitted on the premises. This includes paintball and air soft guns.

Fishing: No fishing after sundown. Young children must be accompained by an adult. Fishing rules are posted in the rules with your packet. SWIMMING AND WADING ARE PROHIBITED. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POND!

Gameroom: Play at your own risk. No food or drink is permitted inside. Hours are posted on the door.

Garbage: Please bag all garbage and drop trash

in dumpsters located in your section Furniture, Hazardous Waste, TV, Appliances, Electronics, and Grills may not be placed in dumpsters.

Golf Carts: The golf cart must be registered in the office ($25) and proof of insurance must be provided. NO DRINKING AND DRIVING! Operation of golf cart must be by a licensed driver. No golf carts are to be driven during quiet hours.

Smoking: NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING, including bathhouses or in any rental unit. Please deposit cigarette butts in appropriate containers, NOT on the ground or porches.

Speed Limit: Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the campground and is strictly enforced. Pedestrians have the right of way. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR CHILDREN.

Swimming Pool: is swim at your own risk. CHILDREN UNDER 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND MUST REMAIN UNDER PARENTAL SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES. Pool Hours are posted (weather permitting). ALCOHOL and FOOD ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. Please obey all posted rules at pool area.

Trees: No climbing on, cutting, defacing or destroying of trees or foliage. Do not take wood from sites. Firewood may be purchased at store.

Vehicles: 2 vehicles are permitted per site. Extra vehicles must park in overflow parking and display a valid pass which can be obtained in the office. All vehicles without a valid pass are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense. All vehicles, including bicycles, electric bicycles and golf carts, MUST stop at all STOP signs.

Visitors: ALL VISITORS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A FEE UPON ARRIVAL. Day guests must leave by 10:00 pm. Overnight guests must leave the campground by 11:00 am the following morning. Registered campers are responsible for their guests.

Please follow camping etiquette by not walking through other campers’ sites. Use roads and pathways. You may be asked to leave the park without a refund, if you or your visitors do not abide by these rules.

Pet Etiquette

Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. Do not leave your pet unattended. Pets are not permitted in any building, including bathhouses, or pool area. Do not take pets in any rental unit that is not pet friendly. Limit of 2 pets per site. NO FEEDING OF ANIMALS OUTSIDE YOUR RIG. We are in a natural setting and feeding animals outside attracts unwanted wildlife that can create a safety and welfare issue.
