PARK RULES IF RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED IT IS REASON FOR EVICTION. All guests must check in at offic e5 is max # of guest (2 adults + 3 children). No car sleeping. PARKING: Please do not park in any areas other than your designated site. PETS: ALL PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH WHILE OUTSIDE ON THE PREMISES. Keep pets away from other campers and out of all buildings. Please be tidy behind your pets and keep them quiet. Everyone will appreciate it. VEHICLES: Speed limit is 10 MPH. Leave cars in assigned space. Keep cars off grassy areas and there is NO PARKING in streets or at the bathhouses. NO WASHING OF VEHICLES. NO MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES IN PARK. HOOKUPS: Full hookups, 50/30 AMP services. Leaking water will not be tolerated. UNHOOK HOSE DURING FREEZING WEATHER OR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE. ADULTS: Person registering is financially responsible for his/her guests’ conduct. Proper clothing is required at all times. NO FIREWORKS. QUIET PLEASE FROM 10PM to 8AM. CHILDREN: Parents or guardians are responsible for children’s activities and damages done by them. All children are to be accompanied by an adult in all buildings, and ESPECIALLY IN THE POOL AREA. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. POOL CLOSES at 9PM. Adults must be 18 years or older in order to watch children. BATHHOUSES & LAUNDRY: FOR PAYING GUESTS ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. There are two bathhouses and laundry facilities available: one near the office and the other at the rear of the park. Please help us keep these facilities clean. Laundry is open 24 hours. Laundry is use at your own risk. Park is not responsible, for loss, stolen or damaged items. SANITARY DUMPING: NO grease, paper or solids are to be deposited in the sewer. Deposit drained and bagged garbage in dumpsters. PHONES: Emergency phone only, pool room 9AM to 9PM. Emergency: 911 RECREATION: Enclosed/heated swimming pool and spa hours: 9AM to 9PM. NO ONE under the age of 14 is allowed in the hot tub. No food, drink, plastic or glass containers allowed in the pool or spa areas. Other rules are posted at the pool. Please observe and obey OOL rules. Notice there is no P in it. Please keep it that way. TV STATIONS: UHF 25-34-43; VHF 4-5-9-13; Weather Stations 3,4,5, and 6. Cable available, 48 stations. For satellite, point to the southwest. CREDIT CARDS: MasterCard, VISA, Discover – NO personal or payroll checks accepted. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11AM NO EXCEPTIONS. MANAGEMENT: Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, accidents, theft or other conditions including acts of nature. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. If the park rules/laws are not observed, management has the right to tell the guest to leave. NO NOTICE OF EVICTION IS REQUIRED per RV, Hotel/Motel law. THIS PARK DOES NOT REFUND RENT. Loaning of keyless cards to non-guests is cause for eviction. RENT: All rent is to be pre-paid + NO EXCEPTIONS. If late on rent, or if an attorney is used in collection, daily rate without discount will be charged, plus attorney and court cost. Manager may proceed to take title to vehicle for $1,000.00 or more in unpaid rent. MAIL: Can be received as a courtesy and is for paid guests in good standing only. All other mail will be returned to sender. The park is not responsible for shipping costs, or lost items. Please pick up mail daily. CAMPFIRES: No fires are allowed on the grounds at any time. ACCESS TO BUILDINGS: Access is keyless - use plastic card provided by park (similar to what hotels use). NO SMOKING in cabins or buildings. TRASH is for paying customers only. Trash is for household trash only. Breaking rules can result in additional fees. No trash around RV’s or you can be evicted without refund.
