SALIDA RV RESORT PARK RULES
• Campfires: Please note that Salida is a dry, high-desert climate and is susceptible to wildfires. No wood fires or charcoal grills are permitted on the site. Gas fire pits and grills are welcome.
• Pets: If you are traveling with pets, they must be registered with the front desk at time of check-in. Pets are required to be on a leash while within the park and please remember to pick up after your furry friends and help keep our park beautiful! Maximum 2 pets per RV.
• Quiet Time in the park is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be courteous to other guests so all can enjoy their stay with us.
• RV Washing: RV washing is permitted for a $25 fee, including the use of mobile services. See office for details.
• Rules of the Road: The speed limit in the park is 7 mph and is strictly enforced along with all traffic signs.
• ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, or similar motorized vehicles are not allowed to be operated at Salida RV Resort.
• Permissible RVs: Any RV older than
20 years must be pre-approved by management. Only one RV is allowed per site.
• Parking/Trailer Policy: All vehicles including trailers must fit on the site or an additional charge will be required for overflow parking in front of the clubhouse on a first come first serve basis for trailers less than 12 feet in length.
• Please note that a minimum $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any oil leaks or other fluids from an RV, trailer, or vehicle. Complimentary oil pans, based on availability, may be available for your use.
• No Fireworks of any kind.
• Rafts, kayaks, inner tubes or any flotation devices will need to be stored under your RV or out of site. They cannot be left in the yard at your site.
• Snow Removal: Main roads and concrete sidewalks will be cleared by management. Renter is responsible for snow removal from the RV site.
