Resort Policies and Guidelines
Our water meets all Government regulations but the sodium content is on the high side and you might consider bottled water for drinking if you have a medical problem.
1. Refunds will be made on an emergency basis only.
2. “Respect for others in the resort is required.” This includes, but is not limited to: tampering with anything in another site, threatening another guest, and creating problems for other guests in the resort.
3 Quiet Time: is from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
4. Office hours are from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
5. Fish Cleaning tables are available on the pier and at the boat ramp. Fish cleaning is not allowed in the resort and no waste allowed in the dumpsters.
6. Washing of vehicles is permissible with approval from the office for a nominal fee of $3.00. Use pull thrus for boat washing.
7. No clotheslines on trees.
8. Controlled and leashed dogs are welcome. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. DO NOT leave pets outside unattended. A fine may be imposed if owners continue to not clean up after their pets and leave them unattended. Pets are NOT allowed in any of the buildings, except for the office and in extreme weather emergencies. Absolutely NO PIT BULLS are allowed.
9. Children are to be accompanied by an adult, over 18 years of age, at all times within the resort. No children in the buildings at SeaWind without their parents or guardian.
10. Overflow parking is available for boats. No portable buildings are allowed on sites. No parking on grass, streets or adjoining sites. You could be charged at the nightly rate if you park on your neighbor’s site.
11. Pruning of trees is not allowed without office approval.
12. All buildings within the SeaWind RV Resort are smoke free.
13. Donuts, or tight fitting appliances are required on all sewer hoses. A penalty will be assessed when found not in use.
14. All speed limits are to be respected and are enforced.
15. All cables, leashes, wires and extension cords should be out of the grass at all times. Management reserves the right to evict anyone who fails to comply with resort policies. Disregard for any of the above policies will be sufficient reason for terminating an RVer’s stay without refund. We do request your cooperation in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our resort. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your stay at SeaWind RV Resort will be most enjoyable.
