Campground Guidelines Check-out Time: 12:00 PM. Late Check-out must be prearranged at a cost of $5.00 per hour or portion of an hour. Guests who remain after 1:30 will be charged an additional night’s stay.
Sites: Most sites are large enough to accommodate your rig and a vehicle. Please park end to end and not on grass or in neighboring site. To keep our grass green and growing, do not place mats on the grass. No appliances outside your rig.
Registration: All vehicles and guests must be registered and paid for prior to site assignment. All guests of registered campers must also check in at the office. Please do not move from one site to another without prior approval from the office. All vehicles in the primitive/lake area must have a parking pass on the rear view mirror.
Trash: Please keep a clean campsite. Place all trash in plastic bag and place in nearest trash can. Do not throw trash in the lake.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be courteous to other guests around you. Loud, Objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. Profanity or violence towards others will not be tolerated. Internet: First 6 hours are free. We provide one complimentary 24 hr. wifi access coupon for each site upon request. Additional 24 hr. coupons are available for $5.00 each. Children: Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with Park rules at all times. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the restrooms. Pool: Pool hours are the same as the office/store hours during the summer months. No Life Guard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. Follow the rules posted. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome and must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Pets must be kept on a short leash and QUIET at all times. Pets are not allowed in the play or Pool area. Please walk your pet away from the site area and pick up your pet’s droppings and disposed of in the trash. Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.
Vehicles: Observe the speed limit at all times. No vehicle washing on site unless prior approval/purchase at the store/ office. Working on vehicles is prohibited. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS Security: Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up. Report any problems with your site to the Office/Store immediately. Visitors: All visitors must register and be paid for at the office prior to entering the park. Campfires: Fires at LAKESIDE CAMPSITES OR PAVILION FIREPIT ONLY, drown fires before leaving or going to bed. Use all the deadwood you can find but DO NOT cut any trees. Waste Water: Tennessee outlaws the emptying of waste water of any kind (including dishwater) onto the ground. Use holding tank or sealed container, not an open bucket. Container and portapottie may be emptied at dumping station. Management assumes no responsibility for actions or safety of guests and reserves the right to evict for infraction of the campground rules. ALL CAMPERS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ABOVE RULES AND BREAKING THEM WILL BE SUFFICIENT CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL FROM THE CAMPGROUND WITHOUT A REFUND.
