Speed Limit: 10 mph throughout the Resort. ONLY licensed drivers are allowed to operate any motorized vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles, mini-bikes, 4 wheelers, or side by sides.
Sites: Prior approval must be obtained from Check-In/Reservation Office before changing sites. RVs may be left unattended for a maximum of 48 hours. Please keep your site clean. When parking your RV, please have someone help you from the outside while backing in. Safety is top of the list. Please respect the privacy of others. Do not walk through their campsite. Tents are allowed in tent area only. Mowing and watering will take place periodically. We are not responsible for any damage to items left outside your unit.
Additional Vehicles or Recreational Toys: No more than 1 at a site (if site allows room for one). All must be approved in Business Office. Check with Check-In/Reservation Office for convenient storage in area.
Restrooms: Open 24 hours. Please help keep them clean.
Supervision of children is a must.
Laundry Room: Housekeeping may use machines periodically through the day. Quarters may be obtained from the Check-In Office. There is a change machine in the laundry room. No laundry to be allowed to line dry in the Resort.
Mail/FedEx/UPS: Outgoing mail may be taken to the Mailbox in front of the Laundry. Incoming USPS mail may be picked up at the Leisure Valley Office after 3:00 pm. Incoming UPS packages will be delivered to your lot if the lot number and the street name is in your shipping address, otherwise it will be left at the Mail Room/Leisure Valley Office. FedEx will only deliver to the Office. Fed Ex will deliver to your site if the lot number and street name is in your shipping address, otherwise it will be left at the Mail Room/Leisure Valley Office. FedEx also will deliver to your shipping address OR left at the Sales/Business Office.
Trash: Dumpsters are provided for use during your stay in the Resort. Lot Owners & Renters are not allowed to use dumpster; you need a trash bin (see Business Office). Disposal of large items, tree limbs and yard debris should be taken to Lincoln Co. landfill (two miles south of Thayne, turn east on Co. Rd. 127 one mile), Monday through Saturday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm For overnight guests, use the dumpster at the front of the resort during stay. The key for the dumpster is at the check-in office. Please do not stop your rig at the front of the resort when leaving to dump trash, as this is a congested area. Thank you for your assistance.
Pool Hours: June 10:30 am to 6:00 pm - July/August 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
Lap Time 9:00 am to 9:45 am m -F. Water Aerobics 9:45 am to 10:30 am m -Sat, weather permitting. Food and drink are permitted in designated area only (check with attendant). No glass, shoes, pants, or cutoffs allowed in pool. No one under 14 is allowed in the Pool Area without an adult. There is a pool charge for people not registered and staying in the Resort. There are season passes and punch cards available. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the pool.
Sauna: You must be 21 to use the Sauna. A deposit is required.
Propane: Delivered to your site. See Check-In/Reservation Office for delivery days.
Campfires: Allowed in the tent area only, and must be out by 11:00 pm. Campfires are for cooking purposes and shall not be large. No flames shall exceed 2 feet in height!! No fireworks are allowed in the Resort!!
Children: Please take full responsibility for your children. Be aware of where they are and what they are doing at all times. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in bathhouses, pool and at the community center/barn. ONLY licensed drivers are allowed to drive golf carts.
Equipment: Recreation equipment is available for check out at the Check-In/Reservation Office with a $5 deposit.
Pro Shop Hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. No carts out after 5:00 pm. Tee times can be scheduled beginning Saturday 7:00 am for the following week. 307-883-2448
Goofy Bear Grill: Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Pets: A pet walk is located in the field directly south of the Resort. Pets are not allowed in buildings, rental units, motel rooms, playgrounds, pool and non-pet designated areas. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and droppings must be picked up, bagged and disposed of appropriately. Dog Park: A Dog Park is located adjacent to the Pickleball Courts. The small dog park is for dogs 30 pounds or less; large dog park is open to dogs of all sizes. Owners must be 18 or older and remain at the dog park to supervise their dogs.
Rentals: One night deposit required—refundable if canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival time of reservation. We have a 7-day cancellation policy for peak holidays such as 7/1 - 7/7; 7/22 - 7/28; 8/8 - 8/15; 8/29 - 9/7.

Anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be asked to leave the Resort.
